I'd like to thank Roland Air for replacing my HVAC system. Their knowledge and expertise from their recommendations on what type of system to get at the beginning, to the removal of my old system, and to the installation of my new split system and its components at the end have given my family and I peace of mind during these last summer days and the upcoming winter. We will surely enjoy our new system in the seasons and years to come.

I'd like to give big shout outs to Mike, Fred, Derek, and Nicholas, and everyone else I saw at my house during the removal and installation!!! They are awesome. Their professionalism is top notch, and I commend them working during the days of extreme heat.

I'd like to give a special thanks to Robert Avalos in helping my wife and select the right system for my home and setting up the financing.

The crew that came as scheduled were marvelous, I couldn’t ask for a better team of professionals. They handled everything as a team and left us with a great new AC system. But it all started with Eric who came to answer questions and work out the details. He went out of his way to take care if us with courtesy and professionalism not seen much any more. We recently (1/13/2022) replaced our forced air unit heater and evaporator coil box, along with part of the ducting in the attic. Rowland came right on schedule. Everyone on the crew were hard working, very nice and friendly. They got everything done in the estimated time. Everything was cleaned up before they left. All in all, completely professional. Communication before, during and after the install, all top notch. I recommend them without hesitation.

Rowland's swapped out my 2 x 30+ years old HVAC systems (a 4 ton and a 2.5 ton system), both failed at the same time, with modern and more energy efficient systems. Rowland's was 1 of 3 contractors I was considering. One of the 3 was ridiculously high. Rowland's bid was not the lowest. There was only a couple hundred dollars difference with the lowest bidder. Rowland's offered duct sealing as an additional service that was not included in the other bids. Hence why I considered Rowland's slightly higher bid to be more on par with the lower bid. And Rowland's mentioned that I may be eligible for a tax credit, something their competitors failed to mention. Ultametly I selected Rowland's because of the significant amount of time they took to answer the "tough" hard sell questions instead of the usual soft sell techniques as to why I should choose them over their competitors. Jorge, their Home Improvement Specialist, was extremely competent, patient and spent over 5 hours inspecting and assessing what my options were. He very patiently answeried all my excruciating detailed questions and concerns. It took me a few days to compare all the bids and get answers to follow up questions .Jorge responded to all my follow-up questions in a very timely manner, via voice and text, throughout the whole process, even past business hours and on weekends. Thank you Jorge. I'd also like to give a shout out to Austyn. He worked with me past business hours to ensure I received the $750 rebate offer on the day I signed the contract. A Rowland's did 2 x on-site job walk through inspections to confirm Jorge's assessment and ensure their scope of work will meet all county code requirements. Jorge attended the 2nd walk through, even though he was not required to, upon my request. Even the President and CEO of the company personally called me, after I already signed the contract, to express his appreciation for my military service and as a retired, 100% disabled veteran. I never requested to speak with him so his call was an unexpected surprise. His call made a huge difference to me and gave me a great deal of peace of mind that I selected the right company. I don't think any other President of any other company would've taken the time to do call me after the sale was closed and contract signed. Andrew, their on-site installation supervisor, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional and would take time to answer my questions and kept me informed on their progress every step of the way. I did my due diligence. I got 3 x bids, researched their business license and the licenses of each employee on the Contractor's State Licensing Board to ensure they were current and valid. I checked they were bonded, made sure they were not a party to any legal action, made sure they were not under investigation due to any code or ethical violations and read all the reviews (good and bad) on Yelp. I had a great deal of anxiety because, to me, this was a major purchase, and can cause further damage to my home if not correctly installed. Bottom line, if you are in need of a HVAC company, I highly recommend Rowland's. They are cost competitive,respond to all questions in a timely manner. They remain engaged with the customer from the installer all the way up to the President of the company. They treated me like I was their only customer vs just another customer which greatly eased much of my anxiety over this major purchase. I hope you find this review of my experience to be informative and helpful when selecting an HVAC company.

I am ver happy with Rowland Air, Inc. They had previously installed a new AC/Heating system at my mother’s house and it works perfectly. Today they performed a complete tune up of my AC and installed a new thermostat. The gentleman, Jesus, did a great job explaining various tasks needed to be done and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and a true professional. I am grateful for the services he and Rowland performed.

We had a WONDERFUl experience with Rowland Air. The whole process was very professional and I could not believe how quickly and neatly they worked on replacing our old AC unit and our ducts inside the attic. They were so quick! Just a great experience. highly recommend!

Rowland did an outstanding job installing my new heating and air conditioning system. They arrived on time, completed all the work in less than a day and left the area neat and clean. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. It has been two months now and I am completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Rowland.
