The response from Avo is very quick. We got a quote with the detail breakdown. Before we made the purchase, we got a quote from Costco (AZ Air Conditioning). Tassio’s is actually lower. Beside, Tassio does offer several financing options. The installation went well. I would highly recommend it to my neighbors and friends.

Our HVAC system in our new house gave out post closing. I started to review multiple different offers and bids, comparing systems, specifications and performance across different brands. Armed with that information, I conducted my due diligence to vet each vendor. My conclusion resulted in replacing our HVAC immediately due to extreme heat in the Santa Clarita area. We had a real head-scratcher of an issue with our HVAC system. Two technicians from two different companies could not figure it out. Enter Tassio Temperature Control and Alex Arzante. Everything about the experience was positive, from scheduling to resolution. Alex was great, very nice and considerate. He found the problem quickly and fixed it fast. Could not be happier, great work!

I bought a top of the line Lennox HVAC from Tassio, spent about $14,000. Overall it’s a good system but they mounted it too low. I needed a pry bar and rubber mallet every time to get the cover off to change the filter. They were going to fix it, never happened. I finally called recently and insisted it was repaired and also maintenance to be done, the coils need to be cleaned. It was scheduled for Jan 5 between 10AM and noon. They showed up at 7:30 AM. I wasn’t ready but accommodated. Two guys for an hour they raised the unit a half inch so I could change the filter without a hammer and pry bar. They were leaving and I asked what about the coils? They said oh it only a few years old they don’t need to be cleaned…. They didn’t even look inside or outside. Then they told me I could clean them myself, outside anyway. Then they left. This morning I got an invoice for $250, I called and asked for what? Oh for the warranty service I was told. No written quote before any work was done.I called explained they lady said we never said we were covering warranty. Tassio was sold to another company that quoted when I bought the system that had bait and switched on quotes. I responded I was quoted no charge for the warranty and $120 for maintenance. I told the lady that today. So she sends a revised invoice for $120 but the maintenance wasn’t done. I’m not paying nor would I ever use them again. There was supposed to be a free maintenance call included in my $14K purchase as well, that never happened. It illegal in California to bill without giving a written quote first. This isn’t the same company it once was.

Brian was great! Showed up on time and explained everything he was doing. This is the second time Brian has serviced our HVAC system and was happy to see Brian when he arrived.
