Tassio Temperature Control​

We recently replaced our dilapidated duct system.Our work with Steven made the choice of the scope of work easy. He and our installers Romero and Oscar were a pleasure to work with. Oscar and Romero were working in our very tight crawl space under the house. They did a fantastic job in a remarkably short period of time. They were efficient, easy to work with and left our home much better as a result of their hard work. Great job!

We were working with a deadline and it was so wonderful to work with a company so professional. First of all , they communicated well! From scheduling, to time confirmation. He was the most friendly and polite repairman I have ever met. Tassio really does a good job of selecting professionals to work for them. I will now be using them for our other property that we have. Tassio made the process of replacing our HVAC system so easy! Tim provided detailed information about our options and his recommendation for our house. Once work was scheduled, the workers were always here on time and very professional. We were kept informed throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've used Tassio for more than 5 years and have been extremely happy with them. They installed my new HVAC system 4 years ago. Today Avo came out to service the system because The AC wasn't working right. He found the problem right away and fixed it quickly. I was really pleased with his work and that Tassio got someone here so quickly when the temperature is over 100 today! Thanks!

Avo is incredible. He was on time, extremely professional, and honest about what our system needed, and didn't try to upsell us. He is clearly an expert in the field and offered valuable feedback on our current system. Tassio now has lifetime customers here!

I also want to leave a review for Jennie. She was able to get us an appointment same day, which is unheard of in the summer months! She corresponded with me throughout the morning to make sure that they had all required parts on hand when Avo arrived, in the event they would be needed. Her attention to detail and incredibly professional and friendly demeanor are much appreciated.

For a situation that can be extremely stressful, Tassio makes it much less so!

Thomas came out to repair an issue which as typical we could not replicate while he was there. He was very thorough as he tested and retested everything. He also quickly ordered new parts for our electronic air cleaner and filter then came the next day to do a complete service. He was a great representative for your company! Also Sunny was very sweet on the phone while i initially setup the appt. She scheduled Thomas for the next day first thing so I could get to work.

I’ve been using this business for years, and I can’t believe I haven’t posted a positive review. They are deserving of the highest possible paise. I just had a great experience with technician Avo. He was such a great guy and really was thorough and answered all my questions and had the best attitude.

Marco, Danny, and Juan arrived on time and worked all day installing our new AC unit. They were professional, courteous and did a great job! Bill, the owner, was also very easy to work with and clearly explained the whole procedure to us. We would definitely recommend Tassio for a job well done!
