Tassio Temperature Control​

Avo and Thomas from Tassio Temp. Control serviced our HVAC unit today and they were both exceptional in their craft. They were not only friendly but also provided insight and advice on how to proceed forward with maintenance and routine checks for our aged HVAC unit. They helped us by cleaning the entire ventilation system in the home (multiple ducts/airways) and also inspected the exterior equipment to ensure the machine was running to the best of its capabilities. They were forward and honest and helped my wife and I to make the best economical decisions as it related to our heating and cooling system dilemma. Thank you for your superb help!

I called the office on Black Friday midday asking for a service call because my heat wasn't working. Got a call back a fewnhours later and got an appointment for the next day Saturday. So happy that on a holiday weekend, they were able to help me out. Franco showd up on time, was polite, considerate of my pets and property and explained the problem with my compressor once he identified. Reasonable price for the part and service...and i have heat again. Could not brote delighted with my experience wIth Tassio and Franco. Am recommending to my neighbors who are in my complex.

Mario R. And Sergio came early got started right away. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done threw away all the trash. They showed me how to use thermostat. They didnt leave untill they made sure everything was working properly. They double checked all of the work. I really appreciate them coming out and working hard in the heat. I highly recommend this company and will always do business with them in the future.

Excellent service by Thomas. On time, professional, courteous. Diagnosed the AC issue quickly. Replaced capacitor, fuses & thermostat quickly & accurately. Will use Tassio again in the future. Thank you!

I had my 32 year-old Lennox HVAC system replaced. Steven Kiblinger came right away to provide information and different options. Steen was always very polite, serious minded, and helpful. He explained and answered many of my questions. His technicians, Mario Reyes and Marco Renteria did a great job! They got right to work; they were very reliable, and they were friendly but polite. Later Steven called the Inspector, who checked everything. There were some things he wanted changed, and Mario Reyes and Marco Renteria took care of it all, working and answering some of my questions when I asked. When all was finished they cleaned up. Steven Kiblinger is a great home comfort advisor! Mario Reyes and Marco Renteria did a great job installing my new AC and Furnace! Together Steeven

Steven possessed great patience and excellent customer service skills during the whole process- from answering all our questions from start to finish. Steven even came back to explain how to use the thermostat and the app a week after he had installed it.

Jim was a real straight shooter. Told me I had options. He recommended the best solution. It was some of the hottest days on record in SCV. And we needed relief.
