Tassio Temperature Control​

DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE customer service and incredibly overpriced. They told me they would be at my house between 8am-12pm and they didn’t get there until 3:30pm. I have 2 babies so having them in the heat while I wait for someone to show up was horrible. When the guy finally came he quoted me a huge amount and was unable to itemize labor and parts. Luckily I was able to get a hold of someone else who was able to come to my house, was there when he said he would be, kept me updated and billed me less than half of what Tassio was going to charge me for the same work. I would be happy to refer him.

Avo was very informative in what was needed to keep our 11 year old unit operating properly. No pressure sales with him. He was able to do the job efficiently and explained everything that he was doing, which included changing our filter. Also checked our AC. Explained to us about an air purifier that could be added to our system that helps with dust, odors and even Covid germs. Glad we had the maintenance agreement.

The team at Tassio temperature control which included Mario, Sergio, Juan, and Danny spent the last four days replacing my entire heating and cooling system with a new Lennox system in Santa Rosa Valley.
Everyone was very professional, and did a fantastic job.
I would highly recommend Tassio for your heating and cooling needs.

Our heat stop working and our display went out on the thermostat. I called Tassio and spoke with Jennie who said she could have someone out the next day at 8 am. The technician Franco showed up promptly at 8 am and was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes. He ran back to his shop got the part he needed and was back before we knew it. We were up and running within an hour and half. This company is honest, friendly and reliable.

Avo was great! He was on time, courteous, neat and cleaned up after he was done. Definitely recommend him and Tassio for any AC/Heater needs.

I feel that there were discrepancies in the quotations of the price including the $99 fee just to come out to deduct the problem
and I had to actually correct him on the fact that it was presented to me that it would be incorporated into the final charge
and not a separate charge

I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

The job: I had them replace my home's Trane split system with a new one. This was because I had a broken a/c and it was too old to be worth repairing (over 25yrs old). And we figured it's smartest to also update the heating unit at the same time so the entire system is brand new and works together well.

Price: Very fair, and the best value. There were higher quotes, and there were cheaper quotes. The cheaper quotes were clearly unprofessional people, or people that were being sneaky and creeping up their price through nickel-and-diming tactics which made me extremely uncomfortable. I was comfortable the Tassio quoting process and Jim (the sales guy).

Communication: Honest and clear communication. When I met the company's sales guy, Jim, for the proposal I felt comfortable with changing my A/C system. He was very attentive to answering all my questions and concerns. I also requested a specific thermostat I wanted (Nest) which they agreed to do and I love the thermostat.

Their work: the crew is very professional, clean cut, knowledgeable, friendly, and had their ducks lined up in a row start to finish. They got the job done within a day, very efficiently, and did a clean job.

The result: It's been two weeks and the a/c seems to be doing a great job so far.

Overall: A job well done. I am recommending them to everybody I know as a happy customer.
