They showed up on time the day of repairs. They worked straight until job was done. Very clean work. My furnace closet never looked this good. Both Mario and Sergio were very attentive and professional. They did a great job.

Tassio is a service-oriented company without question. During the hottest day in July, 112 degrees F, the Tassio crew worked in our attic pushing to finish the installation of our new system (Lennox AC & Furnace). I don’t know how they did it, but they were able to endure the extreme temperatures in the attic for hours. I can only assume that they wanted to finish the job, that day, so that my family can begin to cool off.

Mario, Sergio, Daniel, Marcos, and Steven are true professionals. These guys were courteous, hardworking, gentlemen when they had every reason not to be – again the heat was intense. These guys answered all my questions and never minded my interruptions. If you ever find yourself in a position to have Tassio install a new system, make sure to ask for Mario (lead) and the rest of the crew to do the work. The crew has decades of experience and their work reflects it. These guys are true craftsmen. When it comes to HVAC system installation, through my research, I learned that who you hire to install your system is more important than the brand of the system you buy. Remember this, the best branded system can still fail if it is installed poorly. Thanks to my research, I hired the A-team.

Tassio has been extremely responsive throughout every phase of the purchase transaction; before, during, and after. Whenever I place a call, Tassio is at my door step within hours – even after my system was installed. Two-months since the installation, and I still love my system.

Lastly, I love how Tassio embraces technology in every aspect of their business, service, invoicing, installation, and product sales. It feels like a big modern company, but their service maintains a small, mom-and-pop, business feel – this is a good thing. The best part is, these guys are comparably priced to many HVAC companies in the area; I know, I interviewed several companies before hiring Tassio. What I’m trying to explain is that as a customer, I received a lot of value for my dollar and I’m sure you will too.

Great Experience with Tassio Temperature Control! Andy and Jake came out to our home to service our Air Conditioning unit in early June. They both came with smiles on there faces and were very professional. We had some recent construction at our house and our AC unit was a mess both inside and out. Andy and Jake did an awesome job cleaning things up and getting us ready for Summer. I would highly recommend Tassio Temperature Control for all of your Air Conditioning needs. They show up on time and get the job done the right way.

I chose Tassio because of 5 star reviews on YELP and elsewhere. I called and spoke to Sonny in the office who scheduled an appointment. She was delightful on the phone and kept in touch me about my appointment.

Steven came on time and was impressive from the start. He listened carefully to what are problems were and what our expectations were for new system. He took a lot of time matching the best products for us. We needed reliability and comfort in all rooms. Steven proposed a heat pump and air handler that were superior to other bids. The price was pretty close to other bids for a much better system and thermostat. We also learned that we qualified for a DWP rebate and later a Lennox rebate too. Now they beat the price with superior products. Another clincher was they provided a portable air conditioner that kept us comfortable even though it was 100 outside. The installation was scheduled for one week.

Mario and Sergio arrived on time for installation. They were both friendly and polite. They set up the portable air right away and kept the rooms comfortable throughout installation. They went up to the roof to prepare for crane. In the meantime they took out the old air handler and prepared the space for the new air handler. The air handler fit in much better than old unit. The crane was late so they had more time to install the new air handler. Steven came by to check on things and installed the new WiFi thermostat. It is a top of line thermostat that communicates with the office if there is a problem in the system.

After the crane finally came, they were quick to do their work on the roof and continue inside. They were very professional. They cleaned up at completion and finished up on time.

Steven came the next day to finish setting up the thermostat. He is very easy to work with and is able to solve problems and answer our questions.

Sonny followed up next day and worked on completing all our paperwork. She scheduled the HERS state inspection and the final permit inspection. We passed the HERS inspection with flying colors and the inspector was very complimentary about our system and installation.

Sonny also filled for Lennox rebate and sent us all necessary paperwork to apply to DWP rebate. Sonny is very good about communicating and keeping us up to date about what is happening.

I highly recommend Tassio if you are considering a Lennox system. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I wish to thank all the folks at Tassio for a great job on the total AC install for our home.The job was done very professionally with the utmost care and courtesy. The install involved a Trane 4 ton gas/electric on roof with curb, new duct install and air distribution...clean-up was impeccable. It's nice to know company's like this exist nowadays.

Tassio Temperature Control does excellent work! This is our second time using them this year! Friendly, professional, on time and quality work. Steven, Daniel, Edgar and Marco were great helping us with our new HVAC system.

Excellent experience having Tassio Temperature Control configure and install a complete whole home HVAC system in place of our antiquated, outdated, and inefficient home system.

The two day installation was performed by Steven, Trevor, and Kyle. Their courteous manner was only exceeded by their professionalism and precision in performing to a craftsmanship level.

Post installation cleanup was spotless along with complete removal of old equipment and any left over material and debris.

Explanation of new equipment was extensive and easy to follow. Assistance with equipment rebate paperwork and filing was much appreciated.
