I would highly recommend Tassio temperature control. I looked at five other companies and part-time installer’s. Tassio can thank Avo there sales man that they got the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and found a system that was in my price range and would work for me. My job had many challenges to make things right. The compressor was making a horrible griding noise. I called Tassio Temperature control. They came over within 2 hours. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. He performed the maintenance and provided me with the cost of repairing the compressor's motor, but suggested that I look into replacing it since it was 20 years old. Avo, the sales associate came over, again within a couple of hours and gave me several choices. No pressure to buy whatsoever. Once I made my choise, they came over the next day to install the new compressor. The entire team was professional, pleasant and helpful. They even ordered a made to order air conditioning return cover that is now discontinued. I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.

My wonderful experience all started with Steven. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our questions. He showed us multiple options and was very patient with our questions about appropriate financing. He really found us the best deal for our home needs and our financial constraints.

Our install team was Dan, Edgar, and Marco and they were amazing! They kept me updated, worked hard and efficiently, and always had a smile on their faces. They came on time every day and were patient with my work schedule and with my kids being home in the afternoon! Everyone was pleasant, professional, and did a great job.

Overall, the install went smoothly - if any issues did arrive Steven notified me immediately -- and I'm so happy with it. And, of course, the system is great! Steven walked me through setting up my Nest thermostat, what maintenance on the system would look like, and helped me feel comfortable setting up and running our new system in our home.

I'm so glad I went with this company and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I give them my highest recommendation!

I highly recommend Tassio Temperature Control if you are looking to replace your residential HVAC system. I chose them over other companies due to their professional sales approach, NATE certified technicians, and fair pricing.

We purchased a whole new Lennox HVAC system from Tassio in July 2022 which included a variable capacity heat pump, furnace, whole-home air purification and duct replacement. Avo was the very first salesperson we spoke to as we looked for 3 comparable quotes. He gave a very professional sales presentation and was able to answer technical questions due to his background as a service technician. He was the only salesperson who did load calculations before meeting with us; we really appreciated the fact that he came prepared.

Installation of the system took 2.5 days, with install manager Juan coordinating a crew of 3 technicians and a crane operator. They put floor protection, always wore booties inside the house, and kept the work area clean.

During testing, Juan was unable to get our Ecobee thermostat to control the heating part of the system. He apologised profusely and said that he would go back and research the problem. He returned a few days later and discovered an issue with the TXV. The next day, another technician Steve came to replace the TXV, after which Juan was able to set up the Ecobee thermostat to control all aspects of the HVAC system.

Payment for services rendered was done through an online portal with a credit card. Extremely easy. After the install, Avo also helped us with paperwork to claim some rebates.

Overall, we are very pleased with our new HVAC and have added Tassio to our list of trusted home improvement contractors.

Very pleased with this company. They installed new heat pump units and now service them. Huge reduction in natural gas consumption.

The firm seems poorly run as they do not keep appointments, calling at the last minute to change or cancel. This is very inconvenient. Many of the techs are great, but some are green and lack education or experience, yet you pay the rate for a highly trained technician. The receptionist/scheduler is not very pleasant and seems bothered by, rather than appreciative of, my business. There are so many better choices.

We have used Tassio over 20 times to service both residential and small commercial HVAC units. They have been extremely responsive, do high quality work (we have never had to call them back to redo something) and charge a fair rate. We continue to work with them on projects large and small.

Brian came out to install an air scrubber for us today, he did a great job! We are looking forward to breathing clean air.

Jake arrived on time, changed my filter and checked my entire HVAC system. He was super efficient and explained everything to me thoroughly. My unit was installed by another company 4 years ago and had some issues. Tassio helped resolve those problems and I’ve used them ever since! They’ve been great!

Great crew efficient knowledgeable and helpful when asking for an explanation of anything. I felt that they understood their product and the installation was so smooth i barely knew they were on the roof ! Inside they made small suggestions to make the init and air flow more efficient for the life of the unit. Highly recommend this company. No bs no sell job just great work
