A great relationship is based on trust and integrity, and that's not always easy to find with vendors. Avo brings honesty and experience to the job and for that reason cost becomes a secondary issue when he provides advice on how to best maintain our AC and heating units. Just finished our AC duct install, working with Mario, Sergio and Oscar. Imaging AC guys showing up on time each day, leaving a spotless worksite, and doing exactly what they said they would do in a thoughtful courteous manner. Due to needing a replacement on my old R22 coil, I requested a sales call to determine if I wanted to maintain my old system or replace the whole system. Avo arrived on time, answered all my questions, provided me with various options and allowed me time to consider those options. If you’re looking for an A/C company that provides excellent customer service as well as top notch A/C installation or whatever your A/C needs are then you need to call Tassio Temperature Control. I had a new A/C system installed and the technicians Ramiro, Filimon and Oscar were very meticulous in their work which is what I demand in any work done on my house and came with a smile on their faces everyday and ready to go to work. They left left my house clean everyday they were here and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work. Thank you guys for making the installation less stressful. I also have to mention Memo who did the measuring and the drawings for the installers to work off of as well. He too was very pleasant to work with. Thank you to the owner Bill for taking the time to come down to my city and after seeing my house recommending a system that I am so happy with and for that quality work you advertise. Bill your are the best as well as all of your office personnel. Without question I highly recommend Tassio Temperature Control for any of your A/C needs.

Abo was very knowledgeable and respectful. Was kept advised of arrival. This was an inspection so no services, yet. From 1st phone call to completion of inspection was totally impressed and satisfied. Just need to contemplate our expense and timing. Don't know their actual work but Anthony made it easy so far.

I have always thought of Tassio as being on the gold standard level. My business partner and I are both real estate agents and have always recommended Tassio because of my partners positive experience.

Well, this agent now has a different opinion. Last week, I had called them out for just a maintenance call. Thomas checked it out and made the recommendation to change the electronics and add a pound of freon. We also asked about additional work we would like to have done. We told him we would call when we were ready to do the work.

BAM! Heat wave! The condenser stops working. We call Tassio, which advertises 24 hour service. They let me know it won’t be until Tuesday. After running through some diagnostic stuff from online and it led me to the fuses on the service interrupt. After searching for 50A fuses, I find some, buy them, and blessed relief.

We still kept our appointment with Tassio. Franco arrives and checks things out. And BAM! I need a new service disconnect, a new capacitor, a new relay for a grand total of $900+.

He leaves and an hour later, BAM! Condenser stops working. We call and we’re told Franco will be back out after his last call, sometime after 5pm. It’s now 8pm and 80° and no Franco after an unreturned phone call and text.

So there you have it. So if you are considering Tassio, consider someone else.
