Then when Patrick arrived with his group of installers, you could tell that the communication among all was clear, making for a seamless experience and lots of confidence in their ability to get the job done with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

My air conditioning broke at the hottest time of the year so I looked up reliable HVAC companies and Sanoair was the first at the top of the list. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner responded back to me with in 5 minutes of my request to come out and look at my unit. They were able to come out the same day and inform my the fan was broken and would need to be replaced. Seeing as how my AC was over 20 years old, I decided to check around for estimates to have both upstairs and downstairs units replaced. To my surprise Sanoair had the best estimate in the area. It took them two days to replace everything, everyday they showed up on time when they said they would arrive. They did a great job laying down tarps and using protective footwear to protect my home. They even made sure to keep the doors closed so my cats didn't run away! What really blew me away though was they found cracks in the pans that were filled with water and let me know they were glad they caught it now and replaced everything otherwise we would have had extensive water damage in the attic going down to the 2nd store ceiling. I can't recommend enough Sanoair for you HVAC needs. There is no one else better in town. Special kudos to the tech onsite Ivan, he was able to answer all my questions and concerns, I would say he is a black belt in the air conditioning business!

We have used a few other hvac companies over the years and non gags been as punctual, honest and professional and they exemplify what good business ethics are. I would use and recommend this company.

The SANO guys are the most genuine, honest and professional HVAC service technicians I have ever seen in my life. They are responsive, and provided the best price and service after calling over a dozen of the HVAC service providers. The technician came out on the same hot day when I called, and save us from the hot days upcoming. They were responsible and did a thorough inspection of my air conditioner HVAC unit very throughly. They even called in extra senior staff to help identify minor issues just to save us money from replace unnecessary part. They worked as a team and identified the problem and gave me different fix options, including economical options. After the fix, our AC works well thanks to their service. Would strongly recommend. Best and most honest HVAC services ever! Thanks for being such caring professionals! The world needs more technicians like you people!
