Sam was great! On time and texted me when he was on his way. Very professional, explained everything before, wore shoe covers in my house, fair price, installed and fix our thermostat quickly. He also did a furnace tune up for us. He gave us tips for maintenance in the future too. Appreciate his help! Will definitely use them again. My friend referred them to me and I’m very satisfied.

We use our air a lot so our AC was in need of a tune up. I am so glad I went with San O Air. They are professional, communicated well, had fair pricing, did a great job, and are reliable. Our carpet and furniture are white and they were so clean & careful around our home, I really appreciated their attention to detail. Sano Saved The Day!! During probably the hottest weekend of the year, our AC suddenly stopped working and there was noise coming from the unit outside!! We called our local heroes and their response was so fast. Yes! I’m not exaggerating, these guys were so fast and reliable. Their prices were amazingly affordable for such an emergency, and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. Their diagnostic was clear and easy to understand (we need to be more responsible with the air filters, although I think we know whose fault is). They changed all the required parts and left us with our system working perfectly!! Better than new :)
