Manny, Stevie were Tecs on hand. Wonderful to deal with very extremely efficient and fast. They explained all work to be done with details. I with all faith recommend this company!

Sam was punctual, super nice and very professional. He explained everything that was going on and fixed our problem. Funny enough I was most impressed that he put booties on before walking inside and actually took them off before stepping outside. He did this literally every single time. His bootie never even touched my outdoor mat. It was quite impressive. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a technician ever be as diligent about that before. Having two little kiddos and new carpet it was noticed and much appreciated!

I got very lucky when I called Sano Heating & Air Conditioning. I called on a Thursday and they actually came out Friday morning. Our AC was running, but warm….not cold. Technician Stevie arrived on time, wore booties every time he entered the house, was super kind, very polite, and extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. We only needed a new thermostat, but our unit is old and as he was about to leave, he said that he would recommend a new compressor and condenser at some point. I said, let’s set that up, and he said he could do it now! I want to emphasize, there was no pressure, no sales pitch, no pushing me to agree to his suggestion. But he did a very good job of explaining how all of that works, and that these items could extend the life of our unit. I really was very impressed with Stevie and his professionalism. He is one of the “good guys!” Prices were very reasonable, as well. When our unit
finally conks out, we we calling Sano, for sure.

Highly recommend Sano Heating and Air. Contacted the owner Patrick the night before about our AC not working and he had someone at our door by noon the next morning. The technician Sam was great. He was very thorough and explained the issue well. They had our unit back up and working the same day after a few repairs and the price seemed very fair. Great company!

My A/C went out during the worst heat wave in Orange County. While other HVAC companies could not come out for days, Sano was able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment. It is a longish story on why I did not call Sano first, but I should have.

Sam was the technician assigned to my repair. I first got a text notification that Sam was running late. Then Sam called me to let me know that he was running late, and he was very apologetic. Honestly, it did not matter to me. I was just happy someone was showing up today.

Sam arrived when he said he would, and he was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain all that he was checking/doing. He was very knowledgeable, and he ensured that I understood and did not have any questions. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service provider.

My A/C issue was quickly troubleshooted and fixed. Sam did not leave a trace behind that he was in my house. The entire experience was vey pleasant.
