STEVIE IS A HERO!!! I tried to set up a new google nest thermostat all on my own and some how messed up the heating connection. I messaged Sanos because of their 5 stars and they got back to me within 10 minutes and Stevie was here within 30!!! He helped me fix my mistake and was kind and helpful! I’m so thankful. Definitely going to be my go to team in the future

The technician diagnosed and solved one by one for the issue. He was knowledgible and pleasant. Used shoes cover inside house. I will call them for future problems

Sam provided excellent service and installed my Nest thermostat. He showed me how to use it, helped me connect it to the internet and we made sure the heater and air both worked. He gave me tips on how to get the best out of the new thermostat and because the work was done quickly, he took a peak at our system to make sure it was in good shape and even replaced our filter! I will absolutely use Sano again, and am so appreciative of their reasonable cost, professional staff and excellent work.

Had a drainage issue, got an appointment the same day (as a new customer!), guy was on time, very polite and professional. And spend a good amount of time to get the system fixed. And in the end I paid something I would consider an excellent value for the job. Highly recommend, will use them in the future, also for maintenance.

This company is exactly why I love doing business locally with pros in my area. Responsive and genuine with a real interest in the quality of their reputation. They got my AC back up and running same day I contacted them and helped me understand what was happening and how to avoid it. Top notch.

The maintenance tech was very clean, wearing booties in my house and setting up tarps to catch any dust falling from the attic. He was also very knowledgeable and honest providing recommendations that are realistic and not trying to upsell. I will definitely use them again

I highly recommend Sano and its crew. The technician from Sano arrived early to our appointment to service our A/C unit. He explained his scope of work, was respectful and informative, cleaned up when he was done and provided me with easy online payment options. Scheduling was confirmed by text, as well as notifications of when my technician would arrive. Five stars all around.
