Sano Heating & Air Conditioning

First time hiring Sano to do a full HVAC system maintenance (after being recommended to me from two other people). Even before the appointment, I received timely updates from them. On the day of the appointment, Stevie and Manny arrived on time and assessed/explained what they planned to do. They crawled up the attic and recognized bacteria growth in the AC unit. Without asking, they had taken photos to show me what was causing a foul odor when the AC was turned on. They proceeded to clean it out and complete the entire maintenance. Both technicians were friendly, transparent, and just simply awesome. I am very happy with their work and plan to use Sano again. Thanks again gentlemen!

Patrick promised white glove service., that's why we hired Sano air. Accidents happen but attention to details and being careful while working in someones home needs to be a priority. He offered to pay for repairs.

Sano air took care of the floor and it is now repaired. Patrick has integrity and his concern to make things right really shows. I would definitely recommend Sano Heating and Air.

Great guy is Patrick the owner negotiated a fair deal and his tech did a great job very personable would definitely recommend thanks for the quick response guys. Also, I called them at 11 o’clock and they were at my house at 2 o’clock.

The work quality was excellent, workers were clean, considerate, on-time, and worked quickly and accurately. A full install of HVAC system including reducting took only 2 days. Excellent job by the team, very very happy with the end result!

Our fourteen-year-old heating unit was making a noise we didn’t recognize, our air conditioner—same age—hadn’t been serviced in, um, years, and our thermostat (yup, fourteen), refused to accept that I HAD put in new batteries. It was time to call someone … but who?

Each of them were just like Justin … informative, efficient, personable, and concise. They spent time answering our questions and provided an explanation of why the house was so dusty—and resealed all the vents so the dirt and dust in our attic from a reroofing wouldn’t blow out with the warm or cool air.

They had respect for our home, our time, and our concerns, and they were all so pleasant and kind … I kind of miss them and their obvious sense of pride and dedication to their work.

So, thanks to the Sano crew, we have a beautiful new heating unit, sealed vents, a tuned-up air conditioner, a thermostat that requires no batteries, and less dust! All at a price we found manageable and more than fair.

Team was amazing! Stevie had fantastic customer service and professionalism! They went above and beyond to make sure our heater turned back on at night for a 3 week old newborn and 4 year old son. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
