I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Sano to anyone. The workers were friendly and efficient. The job was finished in a timely manner and within the budget that was quoted.

These guys are very friendly, honest, and fair. I had Sano assess the HVAC system that was installed by other contractor because zoning/damper system was not properly working. They’ve identified many installation errors and I’m hoping to work with them to re-duct my lines.
Everyone I met or spoke with, Patrick, Stevie, & Sam from Sano were all very friendly. They visited my house twice but only charge me one-time assessment fee. Very pleasant and professional guys.

Sano may not be the cheapest, but are up front and honest. They broke down and explained what exactly they were going to do during the estimate, very knowledgeable and answered any questions in greater detail than other estimates. Thats why we chose Sano. During the install they were very clean and efficient in removing the old system. After everything was installed, they balanced each room to the desired comfort specifications and check everything before leaving. Complete HVAC and new ducting replacement only took 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest company that does quality work over the cheapest quote.

Justin, the owner, met with me more than once and was very responsive. The workers were quiet and very polite.
Justin compensated me for dirt on the carpet.
Months after the installation Justin sent someone out to show me how to replace the filter.

We were in need of a new heating and air conditioning system. After receiving several quotes we decided on Sano. Patrick, the owner, besides being very friendly and cordial, was very detailed on his quote. He described exactly what was needed and what he would provide for our system, down to the manufacturer. His pricing was very fair along with financing, if needed.
