AirTech Heating and Air Conditioning

I realized I had a real emergency yesterday morning when I went to check on my Airbnb and it was 91 degrees, with a client arriving at 3 p.m.! My usual Heating and Air Service of 10 years was unable to get me in until the next morning! In desperation I started calling around and turn to Google for their top ratings. They had an after hour service called Tech here in less than 30 minutes and the job was completed by 1 p.m. with time for me to freshen the Air BnB and have everything cool before my new guests arrived! My tech, Derek, was wonderful, showed up with a mask on, which very much pleased me and made me feel safer. Kudos to Airtech for answering their phone and their quick response! I was happy to pay the $150 extra charge, for after hour service, when they had no text available. Well worth the Peace of Mind! And I really do not know what I would have done without them! They get the job done! Kudos to Airtech for saving me!

Got hit by lightning the nite before.
We have a mini split and he knew what to do .very fast...
And got here early before the heat got to bad.
100 today.
So this evening the AC WENT OUT AGAIN.
BUT GUESS WHAT THEY DONT WORK ON THE WEEKENDS.

Mark Cavanaugh was well prepared for the service I needed. He took the time to listen and explain what he needed to do. After repair he explained what he did and why. Excellent service!

Called at 9:30 am when heating unit was making a very loud noise and not heating well. Derek was there by 12:30 and did very thorough diagnostics of not only the troubling unit but of my second unit also. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When my original HVAC installer retired several years ago, I asked him to recommend another company for my service. He told me to only call Air Tech and they have been doing all my work since then. I will probably have to replace this old unit soon, so Derek said he would send someone out to see what I would need and to give me options, so we would be ready for replacement. Air Tech will do the work.

Grant has always been very professional and polite. He's very prompt. He is thorough and explains what needs to be done. I will definitely use AirTech for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

found AirTech through HomeAdvisor and so glad I did. Heat went out in our home, and Grant was able to show up the next morning. Super punctual, super friendly, super honest about what was wrong and what he could and couldn't do to get our heat back up and running. We have been using Airtech a little over a year. We have dealt with Jake and Aaron a few times. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. We had our air conditioner go down and they did everything they could to try and get the unit up and running.

Since we bought the house our master bedroom was hotter than the rest of the house and they came and added a vent. They were really fair and got it finished quickly.

NOT open 24 hours, the answering service was rude. Said she would leave a message for them for us for Tuesday...it is Saturday. Not helpful. We will move on to the next one and hope to actually get someone.
