Nate communicated well with me and Danny did a great job finding the problem! They were very accommodating and even brought AC window units to my home while waiting on a part to fix my AC unit! Friendly, professional and all around hard working, great guys!

I have been using this business exclusively for the last year, and I will say that their customer service and attention to detail on appointments outweighs every other HVAC business in our area that I have tried. From the team answering the phones, to the owner, every single person is always happy to help in every situation. There has been a few times that I did not fully understand what was going on with the system, and I received a phone call back from a technician or the owner of the business to walk me through the issue. Hands down the best company!

Josh and his team were great to work with. I have high standards having been in the construction industry for 40 years and they met my expectations. Their work was well planned and well executed and solved the issues I had from the original install when the home was built. Highly recommend!!

We had some issues with our heater and air conditioner. In the past we have gone with a different HVAC company, but when I called them up I found out that the service technician Travis that had always worked on our furnace and air conditioner no longer work there, and now worked for The Heat & Air Team. Travis has always been honest and has done great work for us in the past and knew our system. As soon as I found out he worked here, I called them up and made a service appointment. When it was time to finally replace the Heater and AC unit, we gave them a call and set up installation. The Heat & Air Guys were fast, affordable, and transparent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Steven arrived and diagnosed the a/c problem within 5 minutes and explained the issue clearly. He was gone in under an hour and the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Steven for any a/c needs.

This company took the time to figure out what the problem was. Sent for the right board for our system. Came in they installed the board and it is working correctly. We have had other companies they were unable to fix it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Honest and customer-centric. The owner helped us over the holidays when both furnaces failed. His team came back and helped with the install. All of them are pros and don’t cut corners.

They worked on my in-laws home recently and did a good job. I however was not happy to find out that they had someone with such a questionable background at a home where children are present. Hopefully in the future they will do better background checks on employees as i am very uncomfortable with people that are registered going to people’s homes where there are children.
