Woke up to a cold house and needed help on a cold day. called several other companies and could not get an "appointment" for several days explaining that this was an emergency. Called the heat and air guys and Tiffany managed to get me on the schedule for that day despite them being very busy. Travis showed up a few hours later and was very professional and courteous. Needed a new fan motor and he installed it in about an hour, checked the system and everything is working perfectly. Would recommend them for any HVAC work needed and will use them from now on. Great job!

The Heat and Air Guys came by today to do winter maintenance on our air conditioning system. Phenomenal! Travis and his partner were very respectful of my home, knocking each time they needed to come in. They found a small issue with our system that they were able to repair it on the spot. Travis even replaced our filters ( which was on the “to do” list)! I highly recommend using this locally owned, small business!

These guys were SO responsive, kind, and understanding with the winter weather we just experienced! They showed up within 30 minutes of calling the first time and the next day when we needed them to return, they made it a priority to come fix our problems before the end of the day! His crew is very timely, professional and courteous. I had a system that was sixteen years old, leaked Freon and was very inefficient. Josh provided an estimate of cost, benefits and delivery time. I compared what heat and air guys were providing against other HVAC companies. Josh’s estimate was better in all three categories. Two days later I am sitting in my house with a new system and I have no regrets. That doesn’t happen with NWA service companies ever. Heat and air guys surpassed my expectations. Thanks Josh.
