It's HVAC

Highly recommend Justin and Isabella, they are a great team! They went out of their way to get to our house to take a look at our AC unit that wasn’t cooling the house. They were very efficient and thorough with their tests and even explained the process and the purpose behind it to help us understand the situation. Justin was incredibly patient with my many questions and he even taught us a few tips to perform check ups on the unit.

Justin is a very clear, prompt communicator and ended up fixing our unit in a fraction of the time for a lower than expected cost. It was 78° in my house and once they fixed my unit, it dropped to 70° in less than an hour! Five stars all around!!

Installed whole house mini split. We’re okay at first then lead tech got very verbally aggressive with me and was not professional or respective. He also didn’t follow up about issues that came up with the install after the bill was paid. They did okay, procure was reasonable but I would advise to go elsewhere.

Had an amazing experience It's HVAC! We originally had Paschal look at our A/C that was on the fritz and they suggested we replace the whole unit for $9 to $20,000. Called It's HVAC and they found a bad capacitor that cost $189 including their service fee. BIG DIFFERENCE! I will be using It's HVAC for all of our heating/Cooling and plumbing needs. Honest group who DOES NOT work on commission like some of the other companies around here.

Justin was my technician. He was very professional. He didn't rush, did a very thorough job and was good at describing the tests he ran and what they showed was needed to keep the unit in top shape. Highly recommend.

After several failed attempts of having my HVAC looked at, It's HVAC responded to my call and had a tech (Justin) there within an hour! Within a few minutes i was diagnosed and he had a plan prepared to act upon. Professional to the T while also being friendly and respectful. The price was very competitive and we were blown away with the install speed and cleanliness. This is a company you can count on! We will be using them again and have already referred their services.

It’s HVAC/Plumbing is wonderful! We have used them several times for differen’t things, we had HVAC services at a newly remodeled 50’ X 100’ metal building, also had new plumbing pipes replaced in a lake home, and had broken pipes repaired underground. They are very dependable, friendly, professional, on time, etc. we highly recommend them!

We recently had ITS HVAC replace our 16 yr old furnace and AC units. Matt and his crew of Justin and Isabel were knowledgeable, professional, timely, and provided overall sound value with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend their products or services. Our units were installed promptly, without hardly noticing a temperature swing in our home during the installation process, which I had concerns of here in NWA in August! Great job!

I've used these guys twice, once for AC and once for heat. They are very professional and do quality work. I see no reason to call on anyone else for any of my HVAC needs from here on out and yes I do recommend them.
