Hot or Not Heating and Cooling

I requested service for my furnace that had stopped working. Anthony the technician was at my house in under an hour. Very respectful, extremely professional very knowledgeable. He had my furnace up and running and what felt like no time. I would recommend this service to anyone by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company here in Arkansas. I recommend Hot or Not and Anthony 100 times over again.

These guys are seriously the best. I had an issue with my AC unit this morning. They came by ASAP and had it up and running within 10 minutes. They have the best customer service and the quality of their work is second to none. I highly recommend giving them a call for any HVAC needs.

Our Heating unit stopped working and it was 40 degrees outside. We called at 4:30 and Anthony was at our House before 5. The fuse was blown and he had it fixed in no time. It is not often you can call a professional and have them come right out. He made sure the system was working and told us if we had any issues to call him back. Hot or Not installed two complete systems in my home. One Saturday evening I had an issue with one of the units and called Anthony Hunt, the owner. Even though he was in Fayetteville at a ball game, he immediately left the game, drove to Rogers, brought his associate Spencer King, and made the fix! This is Platinum service of the highest form. I won't go anywhere else.

My hvac system failed while I was out of town for the weekend. I called Anthony with Hot or Not around 9:30 Monday morning. I had a new system by 10:00 pm the same day! The price was fair and Anthony was honest with me. He had an opportunity to sell additional duct work and provided and alternative no cost solution to my issue.

I highly recommend this company. They installed a new HVAC unit for us quickly and professionally. They are also very responsive to all questions and concerns. You will not regret using this company for your heating and cooling needs.
