Our installers were amazing! Very professional and courteous. Pricing is a bit more than previous HVAC companies we've worked with but you get what you pay for and our new unit is excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.

Jordan and Tim of Anderson are incredible. Their retrofit/remodel team are some of the best you will find in NWA. I had a total rework done on my HVAC: installing new units, modifying duct work, returns, supplies, etc. -- they handled everything with extreme attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism--answering all my questions with utmost kindness along the way. Their team dynamics were efficient and respectful of one another and my home, just all around great vibes. These guys do not mess around and they will fight to do the job at the best value and quality possible. I highly recommend them.

Nathan was very professional and also personable. He also went the ‘extra mile’ in checking on our warranty and found that the part would still be covered under warranty, even though it was originally installed by another company. Victor was great! Following a trial period with a home security system, the guys from the security company removed their nest thermostat then reinstalled our original thermostat wrong. Our system was running heat, despite being in the cool setting. Victor was here for just a few minutes before diagnosing and fixing the issue.

Omg Nathan is wonderful. We had an issue with our thermostat and Nathan diagnosed the problem easily. We had him go over the entire system, it'd been years. He is very professional and friendly. If we ever have a problem with our hvac again, we'll be asking for Nathan.
