Our geothermal unit went out during the hottest days of the summer, and we have two very young children. After another company charged us a high diagnostic fee, gave us an overpriced bid, didn't follow up with us, and didn't follow through on ordering the part, we contacted The Heat and Air Team. Travis was wonderful! He was clear and honest and even followed up with us over the weekend to update us on the status of ordering a very hard to find coil. We are also very grateful for the two window units they loaned us that helped make our house temperature livable while we waited on the part to arrive. The Heat and Air Team is professional and reliable, and we are so thankful for their great work!

We just completed a home addition during 2021 which required us to relocate our air handler in the basement, rework and replace all the existing duct, and install two ductless heat/AC wall units. It was a complex project, but these guys were undaunted. The technicians for The Heat & Air Team were respectful, professional, and exceptional tradesmen. The showed up on time on the days they were expected, completed their work in a timely manner, and responded to any questions we had. The strong integrity of this company starts at the top, and it shows at all levels from the owner, to the project manager, down to their field technicians. They work together as a team with a common goal - customer satisfaction. Their technicians are well trained and very knowledgeable of their trade. I will definitely be using them again for all of my HVAC needs.

I'd been painstakingly keeping my near 40 year old heat pump system alive for it's last 5 years of "life." I finally caved when the AC stopped working going in to the summer of 2020. As a DIY'er for everything I own, paying retail labor to have things installed kills a part of my soul and makes my wallet cry.

So, being the frugal person I am, I had this job quoted out by multiple vendors. After all the visits and quotes, I ended up going with Josh's team. He was very professional, helped walk me though my understanding of my options, and after all was said and done, I wasn't left with that painful feeling that I'd just been robbed. He lent me a window AC unit to use in the interim, and his installation team was great. Definitely a fair price and a great value. I will be calling them again any time I need assistance and will gladly refer them to my friends, family, and internet strangers.

Oh, and I hadn't anticipated it at the time, but the switch to a new system is saving me an average of over $100 on my electric bill every month. It's been almost 2 years now and in less than another 2 years my installation will have paid for itself! Just a consideration if any of you out there are also nursing comically old systems.
