This business does a wonderful job and we keep coming back. There have been a few minor mistakes here and there, but they always go out of their way to make it right. As long as they continue to maintain competitive pricing, timeliness and personable service, our business will always call on them for our needs.

Grant & Wyatt are amazing. Their customer service was top notch. They’ve saved me multiple times this week when my AC went out!! Having a full time job and kids makes it difficult to schedule services like this but these two went above and beyond to meet my needs and exceed my expectations. Highly recommend their services, they are fantastic!!

We called on a Friday to get an estimate for a new AC unit. They were there the same day for the estimate and returned Monday and got everything installed. Great customer service! Friendly and professional.

Called around other places, and these guys were the first to actually answer the phone. Got to my house really quickly and fixed my issue. Grant was really professional and new his stuff. *The technicians do not work on commission—no annoying up-sale attempts. Highly recommend.

This was the only AC repair service available same-day (of the six that I called). The technician Mark C was excellent, knowledgeable, on time and answered all my questions. HOWEVER, the cost for R410A refrigerant and installation is insanely overpriced...$700 to add a couple of pounds to two systems!

AirTech in Rogers is the best! They are so friendly and caring. They came out to check out my air conditioner because, let's be honest, I've never had it done before (first time homeowner here). The tech was very polite and friendly, also honest and up front about the status of the unit. I will definitely use AirTech again for all my heating and air needs. Thanks guys!

Was very pleased that Grant was able to come out on short notice, within 20 minutes of me calling. He identified my issue of a blown fuse, and bad wires on my exterior unit and was here only about an hour or so and the issue was professionally fixed. Will use in the future.
