Grant was professional and polite. He quickly got to work diagnosing my AC. Options list was presented with pricing options, simple and straightforward. Once agreeing upon repairs, he charged the AC and we finished payment. Quick and easy, not pushy on sales, and respectful to my home. I really had a good experience with this company. I will be referring anyone who asks me about HVAC to AirTech.

EDIT:
After speaking with the GM about the below issue, it was discovered that my call after 5PM had been returned but for some reason my carrier (T-Mobile) blocked the calls.

We discussed what happened and AirTech was apologetic about the miscommunication and they made it right getting my unit repaired early and quickly today. Their response was great considering it sounds like they weren't entirely at fault.

The response from management has restored confidence. The GM is understanding and easy to work with.

I called to setup an appointment for a service call the following day "Any time after noon". they said "Ok, the technician will call you when they're headed your way." Great, I thought. Noon the next day came and went, I called to follow up about 5 pm and the person who answered the phone said she'd call the technician and he'd call me back. No one ever called me back.

If you're going to miss an appointment, it's polite to let people know.

I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They gave me a good deal & did everything possible to make the installation a good experience all the way around. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC & heating problems.

AirTech installed my HVAC system a few years ago at a reasonable rate with no hassle and no problems. I just had them perform maintenance for the fall. They were very responsive and customer services was great! They were on time for the scheduled appt. and worked with me graciously when we had a last minute issue with the appt. Thank you!

Very professional from set-up through installation and maintenance. A tech came quickly and gave me honest options, then followed up immediately. All personnel were beyond helpful and techs also protected and cleaned work area. Rates are reasonable, but best of all, they offer zero interest financing for new systems if you qualify. I honestly can't recall having a more satisfying experience from a company.

These guys were awesome! Not only did they answer all my questions on my 21 y.o. system but they were able to come out right away for an estimate on a new one. The zero % financing they are able to offer made it a no brainer. Great value at a great price and they seem like great people. My home looked just as I left it after I got home on the install day - all the paperwork was received that evening. I can't say enough good things about them!

Was having issues with my unit and the temperature gauge communicating and Mark Cavanaugh (tech) was very through and hopeful to the concern of the temperatures spiking the thermostat was doing, he took the time to really figure out if it was the units, ductwork, or thermostat. I have used this company for years and will continue to do so! Great customer service and was able to come out to look at everything very fast! Would highly recommend this company and Mark!

I would highly recommend using this company. A couple years ago, we had an urgent heating issue. Derek Pruitt came well after business hours to ensure we had heat. Recently, we had another heating issue. Derek again provided some immediate assistance so we didn’t have to go without heat. I am grateful for their service and I would contact them anytime.

I would not recommend this company. My air unit was freezing up and not cooling 2 weeks ago. I asked for an experienced technician since my unit is relatively new and should not be experiencing issues. They came out and charged me almost $500.00 coolant and repairs, stating that should fix the issue for at least the remaining season.

2 weeks later its not working again...... I called to have them come back out, but they refused to come without another service charge. Sorry - 2 weeks later? No - guarantee what your technician said.

Switching companies to one who stands by their work.

Technician was very professional and SUPER helpful!! All I needed was new filters!! Most companies would take advantage of the situation but he was 100% honest and upfront. I truly appreciate that being a single mom. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
