AirTech Heating and Air Conditioning

AirTech replaced my upstairs unit last year and I was happy with the service and price. They also helped me get easy financing. This year i was afraid i would have to do it again for my larger main. Mark called me when he arrived and listened to my concerns. He called me when he was done and explained what was wrong and what he had repaired in detail. I was relieved he could repair it and not replace. He also told me what could possibly need work next.

Grant showed up on time and called 30 minutes ahead to verify the service time. He did a great job quickly identifying the problem I was experiencing with my central air unit, and then took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and why it wasn't working properly. I now have functioning AC again with nice cold air. Great professional work!

Cody came out on Monday and worked on the AC unit, determined it was the fan motor. My unit is an older unit and the motor he had didn't fit. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and what he had to do. He put us on the schedule for the next day.
Grant Gibbons installed the new fan motor. He was very professional and personable. Explained the process. Highly recommend this company

Cody was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process and also did an excellent job of explaining the issues, options and costs. Communication was also very good.

Used for both repair of very VERY old unit until inevitably replacing the whole thing with them. Great people, great service in person and the team that handles the calls and scheduling- highly recommend these guys.

I got a lot of quotes and Airtech had the best price, for doing more work. I read some reviews and they were good, so I went with them.

Airtech responded quickly and got the AC working right. I was given the chance to review the costs before the service was performed - that was new to me. The price was what I expected to repair an older AC unit. The technician was on-time and very professional.

We had a package unit that stopped working during the night and we called for service. Cody showed up the next morning and was very professional and knew what he was doing and found the problem. The unit was old and he give options on fixing the unit or replacing the unit. We decided to install a new unit and he kept us informed on the status of the unit and once it did come in he came out and installed the unit. Everything is working great and we could not ask for better service.
