The company was able to schedule an appointment within a week to do my heater maintenance. It would have been earlier had I been available. The service technician was early to the appointment. He introduced himself and let me know what he was doing.

Highly recommend Airmasters. We have been maintenance customers for years. Always provide great customer service. When our unit stopped cooling recently, the technician who came out was very pleasant and respectful of our home. The technician identified our problem quickly and presented a few options. We decided to just have the repair completed and get the unit working that day. The technician did go over all our options and presented a repair versus replace worksheet. That really made a lot of sense to me and I appreciated the education without a high pressure sale situation. I will be using Airmasters when I do need to have my unit replaced.

It has always been a good experience for us to deal with AirMasters and today was no exception. Ryan and Aaron did a great job installing a heater. I'll be happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or heating installed, serviced or repaired.

I have been getting the Airmasters contract for the past 3 years and have not been disappointed. I have not had an issue with my heating or cooling since I started my contract. They even unclogged my overflow line from the attic unit when they came out for one of the servicings. The maintenance staff has always been, punctual, friendly and customer service focused!

Airmasters has serviced and maintained our home HVAC units for a long time, and we appreciate them so much. Their staff are punctual and polite, they work within your budget, and warranty their work because they want their customers happy. They recently came over to fix our AC unit when it quit working over the long (HOT) holiday weekend and got us air back quickly. We are so impressed with both Don and Kevin’s work ethic and ability to explain problems and how to achieve a solution. You can feel that they take pride in their work and pride in this family-owned local company. We will be moving soon and plan on taking our annual service with us to our new home. Techs are always professional and knowledgeable. I always trust their opinions and have never felt "manipulated" or "conned"! I have used their services for over 16 years and would never consider any other company to take care of our heating and cooling units.

I always receive good service when the technician comes out in the spring and fall to service my American Standard unit that I purchased from Airmasters. Polite and courteous and the unit performs flawlessly with no issues. I think my unit is 8-10 years old and it works like it was new.

The technician, Austin, serviced my heating unit, replaced the filters and even lit the pilot light on my gas fireplace for me. He was professional and knowledgeable. I have used Airmasters for several years now and I have always been pleased with their service.

Tech was friendly, but didn’t waste my chitchatting. I work from home now and it’s important I work from 8-5. He wore shoe covers while in the house. Took them off when checking the outside unit. Then put them back when entering my house. Didn’t stay long, but did his job.
