So happy I signed up for an annual service contract, these guys are the best! Able to get you on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time, which we all know it is so important when the air-conditioning is not working in the summer! Friendly and helpful service when you call the office, and our recent technician Marlon was awesome- Super prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond!

Logan was extremely thorough and went out of his way to help resolve a contract issue with the main office. Highly recommend him. I have had other technicians from this company do not as good a job in cleaning the condenser coils during maintenance checks, so this good review is based on this particular technician. 😊

This was my first time with Airmasters and I loved it! The guy put on his little bootie before coming in checked everything inside and outside. Did not have air filter on truck but made sure it was delivered the next day. I will be using this company again. The young lady that took my order was great very nice and concern about all my needs. I even told my uncle and they took care of him also.

We recently had a new heat pump installed by Airmasters after having a horrible experience with another company. Kevin and Jason installed our new unit in a very timely and professional manner. During the installation process Richard, the installation boss came out to see how things were progressing and explained what the installers were doing. My wife was particularly impressed when one of the installers asked to wash his hands before installing the thermostat! Once the installation was done the installers explained how to use the thermostat. I cannot say enough good things about Airmasters and our experience with them. The new heat pump works great. We just recently had our first below freezing night and the heat pump worked as it should. Also after installation we received a statement in the mail showing what we had purchased and paid for the heat pump along with a very nice letter from the owner. We are so happy with the whole process and highly recommend using Airmasters for your heating and air conditioning needs. I look forward to a long and happy working relationship with Airmasters.

Airmasters a great company to deal with, they are very concerned about customer satisfaction. AC Tech Marlon was very professional in his conduct. He explained what the problem was, what it would take to fix it and what it would cost, right up front. Very pleased with the out come and the service. Lester talked me through the way to temporarily address our AC issue late last night. He called this morning to see if we were ok & if we had been able to get a Technician scheduled to come out. Marlon called to let us know he was on the way & introduced himself when he arrived. The problem was identified quickly & repair was done. He even checked the coolant in our unit to make sure that was ok. He explained everything he was doing, what he did to fix the problem & the charges. Very professional. Very nice. Great experience.

Great customer service!! My condenser and fan went out; I called Saturday in the evening thinking they were going to be there in three to four days out, but they were there the next day in the morning. Talk about great turn around time only took an hour for my unit to be up and running. Would definitely recommend them!!
