Airmasters Heating & Air Conditioning

I've been using Airmasters for over 10 years. When it came time to replace my unit about 3 yrs ago I got quotes from several companies and Airmasters was one of the lowest so I stayed with them since i had such a high regard for them already. All the techs are very knowledgeable and professional. I always ask for Brian D. since he's been with them a long time and is a great guy.

Air masters was excellent. The service man, Marlon was the nicest, politest service man that I believe I have ever had. He explained everything that was wrong with heating system and did not overcharge me. He was super and very helpful. Air masters just got themselves a new customer today.

The service tech was on time, very nice and polite. He told about what he was going to do and ask if we had any questions.
He preceded to do his job and kept us informed with the work.
He also talk to us about a purification system for our unit.
Very pleased with the service provided.

My A/C had shut down completely at the end of August. I made one call and Airmasters were on the way. They arrived within 30 minutes and started to work on a diagnosis. They were polite, courteous and informative. The lead technician explained what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future and what they were doing to fix the problem. Excellent customer customer, something you don’t find everyday!

We had to have 2 heating units replaced as well as all the duct work in the attic and under the house. It was all done quickly. The workmen, Derrick Reed and company, were extremely nice. It took 6 work days to complete it. At the end of each day, before they left, they cleaned up everything nice and neat, which was especially good since I have 3 dogs. I didn't have to worry about them stepping on something sharp, or eating something they shouldn't eat. Any questions I had were answered in detail.

I called Airmasters to have someone come out and replace my thermostat. I spoke with Traci in the office. She was very friendly and helpful. The technician they sent out, Tom, was knowledgeable and friendly. He got our heat up and going in no time. I will definitely not use anyone else!

This is the second time Chris has been our service technician. He is very thorough and explains issues that he sees, which I really like. Airmasters has been very good to us since we first came to them. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

They got here earlier than expected. Desmond and Marlon were able to quickly get my AC up and working with no difficulty. Every other heating and air company I called either hung up on me or was commercial only. I'm glad I was able to get a fair price and get a reliable duo to come by and service my house.

I've been with Airmasters for many years and they have always been prompt, honest and fair. Chris Sullivan was extremely helpful and thorough on a recent service call. He was able to quickly fix the problem and he made sure there were no other underlying issues. Thank you!

Airmaster just came out and did our winter check up.Timar Douglas the tech was very thorough, courteous & knowledgeable. Airmaster is a Great company for all your heating and cooling needs I have had wonderful service with them and recommend them to everyone!
