I have a service contract with Air Masters and when I had them to come out to spring service I had to call them back 3 times to get it right. However, the manager then came out and serviced it himself and was very concerned about the poor service I received. Because of him I am still with the company. Also one of their techs tried to sell me something I did not need. But I was assured this would not happen again.

18 year old air conditioning is kaput. The came out promptly and provided a fair price for my new system. Perhaps most importantly they recognized that as a heat sensitive senior it was important to not overheat. They provided temporary cooling until my system can be installed. Everyone was professional and worked hard to be sure my needs were met. I would encourage you to give them a try.

Our AC was dead and could not be activated. Tech. Logan worked until he found the problem and repaired it. It is now cooling nicely. As 25 year customers of Airmasters, we are grateful for a quick response and a job well done.

Bryan! The technical who service all three units at my home is very knowledgeable and updated in the functions of each equipment I have. I asked about my generator capabilities of working with WiFi, (cellar phones). He explained, there’s an item Which connected to the generator to notify me what’s happening/program the unit. He couldn’t give me a price. Can y’all provide more information on this subject?

Terrible experience with this company took off Work so I could be there with the technician even scheduled the visit a week or 2 out so I would have the ability to take off received a courtesy call reminding me of my appointment the day prior then about 5 or 10 min later I get another stateing that I need to reschedule cause they are over booked for tomorrow I also scheduled this particular day because they insisted it would be the best day to get someone out smh bad bad business is what that is also a lot of the reviews on here are paid for by the owner of the company yup that's right he pays his employees for every good review that they can get someone to post regardless if they have ever been service by the company

Hey little Buddy it was given to me by a employee there so I'm choosing to use it on my new house that I bought I was also going to get a maintenance plan with your company cause I liked you guys and enjoyed working there believe it or not so next time get your facts straight before you try to step to me good job though trying to cover yourself nice try. Work should have been performed correctly during installation. Workers left mark on stairwell wall and oily hand prints on exchange covers. I appreciate timely response to call but again if work had been completed correctly during the installation of new unit and condenser then workers would now had he need to return.

I have used Airmasters for years, but yesterday had an especially wonderful experience. John came out to do my spring tuneup and noted that while my air conditioner was in great shape (replaced a few years ago), the furnace was aging. No pressure, just letting me know. I had been concerned about the age of the unit and decided that I would like to hear about options. Brad was available and came out a bit later. He was able to explain my options very clearly, again, no pressure, and I was so impressed, I ordered a new furnace. (it didn'r hurt that there was an off season sale going on) It is hard to put in words, the confidence they gave me in my decision, but I would definitely recommend this company as a result
