I needed start switch for the dryer and they had them in stock for my model. I also needed a push button which they didn't have in stock but were able to find me an alternative. Great help from Paul to get my dryer going again. He was very helpful, patient, and friendly. The labor is very easy, I just needed parts. I will be back for more parts here as needed.

Everyone knows how Google works, you type something you're looking for in and it gives you a list of results! Well I was looking for a Thermal Fuse for my in-laws dryer and started down the list calling with the part number! Well the first was a Big Company we all know that's a Depot for Home and after getting sent to every line, they would have to special order it. Well down the list I go and the other first few were either not at work yet or only did service and not sell parts, "even though the ad said part sells" and then I called Mid-South and the were actually at work and answered with a genuine "hello, how may we assist you today?" Not only did they have what I needed, they had 12 of them in stock and even gave me tips on how to make sure I'm doing the best job since I'm a D.I.Y. kind of guy! Thank you Mid-South for actually being what you advertise and also being so respectful and willing to help! I wish I remembered the guys name that answered the phone and helped me but he's the reason I'm leaving this review! Hat's off to him and Mid-South!

Tony was able to find parts for an old refrigerator that I have. They have saved myself and other family members lots of time and funds by providing parts to rebuild and refurbish household appliances and equipment. All salespeople are always friendly and attentive to get the customer the best products at fair and competitive prices. Keep up the great work, Mid-South, that Arkansans have come to know for many, many years. Thank You.

Best in town for appliance parts. The LR location usually has just about most standard replacement parts in stock for just about any brand. They have always had what I needed in stock. And they are priced about the same as online stores. Shop local, the counter folks are really awesome.

I called for a price on a hose for my whirlpool washer. The lady who helped me over the phone was friendly and she put the part I needed aside for me to pick up. The front desk person was helpful and considerate. I will definitely go back to mid south distributing.

No refund. Never installed part now I am out
140.00. I found the part on amazon for 115.00
No tax no freight. But thought I would try to do business with a local company. Bad decision.
Don’t buy from this Thieves.

Fair prices, very knowledgeable and helpful staff over the phone and in store. I saved a bundle of money by repairing my dryer myself using YouTube videos and the advice i got from Paul and Jeff at the store. Thanks guys.

I searched Central Arkansas high and low for an affordable refrigerator with an ice maker for a small space. MidSouth Appliances in Conway had what I needed at a price I could afford and the fridge was delivered for free an hour after I bought it. You can’t get any better than this. Thanks, guys.
