Great place to shop, but a little hard to get to because of one way access from freeway

2 of my orders that were paid for have been cancelled this month alone. LR NT store poorly managed with an attitude. I drove 37 miles one way to pick up my online order last Thursday after they left me a voicemail 3 hours earlier that morning that if I did not pick up my online order by the end of that business day it would be cancelled and returned to stock. When I got to the store 3 hours later after making the 67 mile round trip they acted dumb founded and looked through paperwork to find my order even after me showing them my E-mail with name and order number-only to be rude and finally after 30 min. said it was cancelled yesterday and we don't stock that or will not order it for you or honor that price. I said why did you call this morning and leave a voice mail then? The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at this new NT location and it is lacking in a professional attitude and plain rude! Real bad business that chases good customers off...

Was here just to pick up a grader blade I'd ordered. It took them no time to bring my order to the loading area. The guy driving the forklift was a riot. We laughed and joked together as he loaded the truck.
Great customer service experience.

I was assured by the staff that I would be called and emailed when my order arrived at the store for pickup and was not. Waited over a month for a wood burning stove.

Phone agent 227 did a good job clearing up this confusion on the gift card by stating it was for future purchases.

This store is always well stocked and the customer service is always top notch!!

Awesome team!! Kimberley was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was buying. She helped every step of the way until I was even at checkout! Tina and her was basically running the show. Definitely be asking for them on the next go around. It’s hard to find employees this days that actually care about there job. And that’s willing to help people. Northern tool give them a raise!

Good for 5 uses. I bought a $350 power horse pressure washer here a few years ago to wash my driveway. I used it and a few days later it leaked pump fluid all over my garage floor. I took it back with my receipt and they would not replace it. They instead replaced the pump. I was not happy. Each year I would use it once, I would change the oil and check the pump oil. Used Northern tool recommended product that I bought at northern tool. It worked fine the 2 more times. This year I did the maintenance as usual and started washing the driveway. I did a few hours a couple days about a week apart and on the 3rd day it quit pumping so I took it back to northern tool. They weren’t very friendly and asked for $40 to diagnose the problem. Then they called unfriendly again and asked for $140 to fix the pump. I will never buy anything with a motor from northern tool again. I will tell my experience to anyone who will listen and give them the same advice.
