Although the maintenance required turned out to be minor work on the thermostat, we were impressed first with Randy professional demeanor and secondly, with his knowledge of the system. Our HVAC system was redone before we bought this house and Randy was able to look at it, see what what was done, explain our system to us, and we now feel better about our system. He cleaned up well, was very polite and appreciative when he left. Thank you!

Regular servicing on whole house generator. In an area where commercial power seems to go out at least once a month, a backup generator seemed like a good idea. Routine maintenance needs to be done, and they are very professional about getting it done. First rate!

Called them in the morning and the phone operator did not seem to be in the best mood and was short with me when taking my information. They said they’d call me later so I waited all day. When they had called me later, they did not specify with who I was talking to and then asked if I had a problem after I expressed confusion. I had to ask if they were with your company. After that dismal introduction, I explained to them my problem. They paused and then said they were not taking customers at this time. The way this conversation was handled made me think that they did not want to deal with me as if I were an inconvenience to them. I called a competitor and the competitor bumped my request to an emergency request and is bringing someone out immediately. That is how you do customer service. I had such an unfriendly and unprofessional interactions from two people with this company. Makes me wonder if this is the norm and allowed. I can’t even get in touch with your customer service department! Consider me DONE!

Or AC went out on Sunday and I called Airmasters on Monday morning. We had two technicians at our house by Monday afternoon. They were extremely professional and even managed to save us over$100 when we'r signed up for a yearly maintenance contract (which we already needed). By 5:00, or AC unit is back up and running and blowing cool air again. GREAT customer service!!!

We had such an awesome experience!! Even though we had to wait a couple of days for our install, they made sure we had cooling spots so we could be comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and polite. I would highly recommend.
