I have used Airmasters for many years. They are completely reliable & have even come to service my heating unit in dead of winter @ 3am before! I have nothing but good to say about Airmasters from office personnel to technicians. I would like to keep the latest tech who serviced my unit today 10-23-19, Desmond W. Please note this on my account for future service. Thank you for being a good company , especially to those of us on fixed income. Your service contracts are reasonable & well worth the money.

UPDATE: The Service Manager from Airmasters responded very quickly after my ⭐️ review. He came to my house to review the technician’s recommendation as stated below. He found no issue with either the ductwork or heat exchanger that needed repaired or replaced. He took pictures to go over the issue with the technician. No action of repair was needed.

I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on their quick response to review the situation and the service manager’s detail to the unit.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have used Airmasters for many years (15+) for maintenance on my three heating and air units. On their heating maintenance service this week, I was told by the technician that the heat exchanger was rusting out and could leak out carbon monoxide plus my ductwork was collapsing. He reminded me that the unit was 26 years old (which I already knew and we had replaced the heat exchanger once already several years ago). I asked him how dangerous was the situation, and he said he wouldn’t wait for the repairs. At that point, I told him I had a home warranty and would have to contact them for the repairs. Also, in the past many years I always received paperwork of the maintenance done and suggestions made for repair. I never receive the work order in hand or by email. I called the home warranty company and requested a service call on my heating unit to verify and repair the heat exchanger and ductwork. Their technician promptly came out to replace and repair the unit and ductwork. At the end of his inspection he said there was nothing wrong with the ductwork. He showed me pictures, and there was nothing collapsed or even about to. He also said there was one tiny rust mark on the heat exchanger but not anywhere near dangerous or in need of replacing. This is why I gave a one star rating.

Austin was very professional and made me feel comfortable while he was working in my home. When I asked if he could explain everything to my husband over the phone, he did so willingly and in great detail. He was very helpful and seemed honest with his suggestions. Thanks Austin!

It was a little unnerving having a repairman who had been with the company only 3 months and prior to that was an employee at UAMS working with breast milk. Concerned that 3 months training was enough as he spent less than one hour inspecting. He was very nice but seasoned repairmen or at least someone with experience as a ride along might be good for awhile.

I gave it only three stars this time because the service guy had to come back after our scheduled maintenance due to a clog or block in the line from cleaning it earlier in the day. This has happened twice since we started using airmasters. However, the issue was resolved quickly and we have our air working perfectly again!

We have been using Airmasters for several years. Bryon services us twice a year. We have lots of confidence in his knowledge and expertise. We had been told we needed a new system, but Bryon was able to do some repairs and our HVAC is running fine. We’ve recommended Airmasters to friends.

Rolean was my technician. He was on time, very professional and very nice. He was conscious about putting on the plastic shoes when he entered the house. This was a contract maintenance visit that took about 30 minutes. He was given only one air filter ( I needed two) and he came back afterwards with the second one. He assured me that everything was in order. When in need, I will definitely ask for him again.

After a couple of days with no A/C and hassling with the home warranty company to send someone out, I called Airmasters late this morning. They were not assigned by the warranty company but they had done work for the previous homeowner. The technician was able to come early afternoon to diagnose the problem (blower motor was dead). He was gone for about an hour to get the replacement part and had it up an running in 30 minutes after he returned. Marlon did an excellent job! He was prompt, friendly, professional and wanted to get everything done right. I will gladly use Airmasters in the future and forgo the hassle of dealing the the home warranty company.

Mason was awesome. Came over exactly as scheduled and told me exactly what we needed while also providing options. With the additional options he gave me pros and cons to what could happen if we only replaced a portion of the unit.

We ended up going with them because they really do seem like they care about getting your stuff working correctly. He added more Freon to the unit before leaving so that we were cool between them and when the new unit was put in.

The day they put the unit in I had to work... normally I’d feel uneasy leaving people at my home while gone but everything went just as if I was there.

Also... they were $1,000 cheaper than the other option I had come out to my home for an estimate.
