Anthony was very knowledgeable and kind. He told us exactly what was wrong with our unit and the price to fix. He offered us a maintenance plan for future repairs and in doing so offerd us a discount off of our repairs for today. Me and my fiance don't know a lot about AC units so it Was nice that he was able to explain everything and it was a good price for the reapirs. I Recommend them. They are a growing company but more people should really know about their great work.

Serviceman never showed up in the block they had me scheduled for nor did I receive a call letting me know he was going to be late. I ended up calling them and cancelling after not hearing from them.

Manny is very polite and professional. He explains what may be needed now or in the future and gives the expected price. I've had excellent service from this company every year.

We've used Ultra Air on 2 different occasions. Once when our AC went out in 110 degree weather and the other when our heater went out during a cold winter day. Both times, they were quick to respond and got me fixed.

Ultra Air is EXCELLENT!!! I highly recommend them as by far the best in Tucson. I have tried multiple HVAC services for my rental properties and they are the most professional, courteous, and reliable in town. They show up when scheduled and are fair with their pricing. Call them! It is nice to have a trustworthy option for your AC or heating needs.

This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had with an air conditioning service company. They cut wires in 5 air conditioning units, made the smoke detectors not work, and put the business at safety risks. I would avoid this business at all costs. I have no idea how they still are in business

Aaron did a great job diagnosing and repairing our condenser unit
