Definitely recommend this place! They were the only ones who could come within an hour or two of me calling them. They were the only ones to try and put me at ease and reassure me they would take care of me and i called 3 other companies besides this one! The guy was super professional and didn't try to add anything extra and showed me how to clean the coils of my a/c so i could keep it in good condition. So happy with this company's service!! Thank you all so much. Seriously call them!

The custer service is impeccable, from the lady who gets your call, to the service men, and the follow up. It feels like they have a family atmosphere in their company and that's the same atmosphere we have at Marana Middle School. You feel valued. I highly recommended this company.

Excellent company! And Emanuel is awesome. Very professional. He was a few minutes early and THEN he told me it was ok to help review the a/c unit with him. He took the time to show me step by step what I need to monitor. And I very much appreciated his patience and time going over our system. I will call them again. Great group of people.

Bottom line every aspect of service from Ultra A/C was fantastic! Highly Recommend. The operator who I spoke to on the phone was professional and courteous, they were able to schedule me quickly and were very flexible to my schedule. The technician called me in the morning and let me know when I should expect him and stated he would call me 30 min before he was heading to my home. When Manny arrived he was beyond helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Ultra for your AC needs and would not hesitate to call them for any future service.

Very impressed with the overall experience we had with Ultra. Their customer service was excellent, from the initial phone call (answered by a REAL person at 8 am on a Monday) to the attentiveness of everyone we encountered over the phone. We had a broken compressor and Manny came out the next day to fix it. He was real with his diagnostic visit, made suggestions for possible future problems and did a great job repairing our A/C unit. We will definitely be returning customers! I will recommend Ultra to my friends and family.

These guys were great and I highly recommend them. If you have a few extra minutes, I have detailed my experience below.

My A/C stopped working and a friend recommended these guys. They came out pretty quickly, refilled my refrigerant and told me that my 30 year old unit will probably need to be replaced soon but did not pressure me. I had to call them out again a few weeks later because the fan motor stopped working (as they told me would probably happen).

I bought a new motor so I could have my A/C back right away and asked to be put in touch with someone that could talk to me about new units. They gave me a good price and deducted the cost of the motor they had just put in the old unit. I ended up needing a power upgrade (from 100 to 200 amps) to upgrade from a 3 ton to a 4 ton unit which took a few weeks but they still honored the original quote. Robert referred me to an electrician to help me through that process and he also ended up being a real pleasure to work with.

The install was quick and clean. Everyone I interacted with, Manny, Rey, and Robert were a pleasure to work with. The city inspector came out a few days later and commented that they did a very nice job.

Robert also handled all of the city permits, paperwork, and scheduling the inspection. He even mailed in all of my extended warranty paperwork for me.

Manny was super helpful and thorough in his work. We would trust him to come back anytime for our HVAC needs.

Ultra Air Conditioning just replaced my A/C unit I’m really impressed with their quality of work and service. Aaron was really good in helping me choose the right unit for my house. Rey and Hector the installers did a magnificent job very clean and professional service. We are very happy with our new unit and the quality of work from Ultra Air Conditioning. David was very professional and gave great info on my unit and how to maintain proper maintenance. He gave info on ultra air conditioning services but was never pushy. He took his time and answered my questions that I had. I would definitely request him again.
