Ultra Air Conditioning

Manny has been my AC technician for two years. I selected this company when my AC went down in 2015. His knowledge skills and ability make him an excellent choice to service my AC they came out the same day when other companies said I am too busy. Ultra air did not charge any extra for the emergency. I highly recommend them and Manny to anyone who needs service. They won over my business for life.

I am very pleased first off the customer service was excellent i was calling ac companies all morning and no company had any available appointments and Selena helped me with getting prompt service over the phone and Anthony was professional courteous and explained everything in detail. Explained all my options and we agreed to have Anthony repair the unit. I am very impressed by your company the customer service was wonderful. We had a really bad experience with our home warranty company, it seemed they were in no hurry to get a repairman out to fix our unit and we were going to have to wait over a week without ac. I have a disabled sister that lives with me and that was unacceptable. We called Ultra AC ON A HOLIDAY and they sent Anthony out right away! He found the problem, fixed it and was out the door in a half hour! 5 stars isn’t enough for the great service we received and I will definitely be using Ultra ac again. In fact I will also leave a review on Next door neighborhood as well. Thank you so very much!

OMG, finally a professional AC company. They gave me a minimum of 30 minute call before they arrived which is always appreciated because I hate hanging around for 4 hours for service techs to arrive. The technician was very thorough. He explained every detail to me. Afterwards made his recommendations which weren't the usual scams you get from most AC inspections trying to fear you into service. I like this company, their special was awesome, so I had my rental property as well as my personal property inspected. I am definitely going call on them for service as my first choice.

Ultra Air Conditioning gets 5 stars from me, our technician Anthony did an outstanding job in repairing our Air Conditioner. Especially coming out on the 4th of July on such short notice, I highly recommend Ultra Air Conditioning for any A/C issues. Anthony was very pleasant and professional and answered all my questions.
