Mr. Rodriguez was sent out to my home to help repair my air conditioner which i had been having trouble with. Mr. Rodriguez was very polite and was very respectful. Mr. Rodriguez did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I would not use another company for my ac!!

Emmanuel was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I am 100% satisfied and would use Ultra in the future. I had fast, same day service with a motor being replaced.

Ultra Air Conditioning is a business with a heart. Tucson had hottest June on record. My 90 year old mother, in a wheel chair, lives alone. She told me she realized her AC was only blowing warm air, but it was late on Friday night. I called Ultra Air. They were at her home at 7:45am and fixed the problem. It was very kind of them to help us. They are skilled, professional, and compassionate. I highly recommend them.

For the technician, I'd give a 5 star as Anthony was extremely courteous and explained everything very well, and only fixed what was required. However, for cost I'd give a 3 star. $69 for the visit (pretty normal), but an additional $148 to install a capacitor ($217 total)??? To his credit, Anthony explained the cost and said I could order the part and do it myself, but that would probably be another two or three days to order it. I'm just nice enough to not be a cheapskate and send him packing after he showed what was wrong (which I already suspected from my own diagnosis). But seriously, a $50 part, 15 minutes of work to install and another 15 minutes to check the temperature in the house. I thought the $69 visit fee would goes towards the labor... Seems a bit steep to me.

This was our 2nd year using Ultra to service our HVAC. This year, Aaron was our tech and he was very good at explaining what he was doing (I’m one of those homeowners who shadow work people). The arrival window was between 8-10 and Aaron arrived at 9am. We live in a condo and our AC is on the roof. It takes three ladders to get up there and it’s s a bit of a drag, but Aaron cheerfully trekked up there with me. Last year, the Ultra tech recommended we replace the capacitor for the blower motor, but didn’t have one. I requested that they bring one this year and Aaron had it with him. Aaron spent over an hour checking everything and explaining what he was doing. The only complaint I have is that instead of turning the AC off from inside the condo using the thermostat, Aaron just pulled the fuses from the unit on the roof. It seemed jarring/sudden to abruptly shut it off that way and a bit lazy. All in all I remain satisfied with the quality of work and the price, and would recommend Ultra to others.

Offered same day service but opted for next day. Next day technician was on time, presented well, courteous and efficient.
