Ultra Air Conditioning

We just got an AC from ultra. We shopped around to 8 different companies. They were the best priced. Best customer service. Had self permits and also did TEP checks and rebates. On the first day it work beautifully for us little bit and then stopped they sent out a person and fixed it and noticed they had left one wire slightly loose. They owned up to it and fixed it immediately. The next day we heard a loud noise. They came out for free again and noticed it wasn’t anything to do with the air-conditioner but that we had an attic exhaust fan. They fix the problem again for free and no complaints. they were very friendly and positive and apologetic. I love A company that does everything right but I love it even more when people aren’t perfect yet admit to it and fix their mistakes. People aren’t perfect, it’s refreshing to know that no matter what they’re on your side to help you and not cover up things. Great labor warranties too. And very kind and appropriate to my kids! So happy this company could come and service my AC on the same day that I called for an appointment. Anthony was professional and explained what the problem was in terms I could understand. He was quick to diagnose the problem and could fix it right away. He did not try to sell me anything other than the parts and labor that he did that day. I would recommend this company to family and friends and will not hesitate to use them for future AC needs.

Anthony was very helpful. He examined and tested my AC unit as well as the ducting under my mobile home and the vents inside. He was very professional and upfront about the pros and cons of my choices. Great service!

I just had David come to our house and conduct an A/C tune up and Heating unit Check. He was efficient and very nice! David even had to get to our heating unit which was not in easy access point, without any complaints! Explained everything to me in great detail and let me know about the services they offer. Definitely will be looking forward to be working with Ultra Air again in the future.

Ultra Air was fast, courteous, efficient and honest! Anthony told me what was going on every step of the way and their prices are much more reasonable then the competition! He quickly diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the new part and got it installed correctly. It's great to have cold air running again in the middle of summer!
