Ultra Air Conditioning

We called UltraAir upon recommendation by a neighbor when our heatpump gave out during a recent cold spell. There were no more than 2-3 hours between the phone call and service. Manny, the technician, came to our house at exactly the time he said he would. He diagnosed a busted capacitor, replaced it, and got our heatpump working again, all within 30 minutes. Amazing. Will use again for sure.

This morning we had Manny do the annual maintenance on our AC unit and installation light. During the years, we have had nothing but excellent service with Ultra Air and professional technicians take care of our needs.We highly recommend this company to everyone! Thank you, Manny.

Ultra installed 2 new HVAC systems and a tankless water heater. They were very professional and responsive. They made sure everything is working efficiently.

After fighting with my home warranty and another AC company for over a week trying to get my unit fixed, Anthony came out and was able to fix the other company’s work and get the unit running in less than a couple of hours. Thank you so much! The staff was so understanding and helpful when I booked. They even checked in to be sure we had a small temporary cooling unit we could use in the meantime. From the woman who scheduled my appointment, to the gentleman (Anthony) who came out to diagnose the problem, to the two (brothers) who came to install of my new AC, I was totally impressed with Ultra! They were all friendly, prompt, respectful, and trustworthy! And I feel like I got a really fair price on my unit (below the AZ average). This company obviously cares about its customers, it was evident by the way they presented themselves and interacted with me. Anthony was so pleasant and informative; he took the time to answer all my questions, and he even walked me though everything he did to diagnose the problem I had with my AC unit. AND instead of having to rent a hotel room, Ultra gave us a cooling unit that kept it comfortable enough to stay (sleep) in our house while we waited for the new AC to be installed. Great company!
