I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Everyone from the receptionist to the service tech (Emmanuel) was kind, professional and extremely helpful. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Service was done quickly and the company was transparent and reasonable with their prices. Highly recommended. This will be the only HVAC company I ever use!

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year! Ultra Air was right there for us with the next day installation of a new system. Ray, Angel, and Roberto we’re amazing. All so kind and courteous. Very conscientious of their cleanliness and making sure they didn’t let the dogs out. This is the best company in Tucson there for HVAC!

I compared this company with others and found the initial sales person very helpful, educational. They were willing to negotiate price and the installation process was done very well. The installers were pleasant, eager to please and provided me with pamphlets that I requested. Very happy with this company .

My AC was not functioning correctly and barley putting out and cold air this morning. Called this company after calling multiple other companies in town. The were not only the cheapest but also the quickest to respond and send someone out (same day). The representative Aaron checked out my AC on the roof and identified some filters that were extremely dirty and were causing my problem and more than likely stressing my capacitor. I have had other companies come out in previous years and they did not let me know about these filters. Exceptional service and I will be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I came across Ultra Air's service special while looking online for a business certified to perform an AC maintenance check as required by warranty. Lissette was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and scheduled my appointment in a flash. This was followed up with a text reminder of my appointment info. Nice! Anthony performed the service, arriving on time and calling ahead as promised. He wore a facemask and shoe coverings. He was friendly and polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and not rushed. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Our unit is relatively new, so thankfully no repairs were necessary. He listed a few recommendations based on his inspection, but thankfully did not subject us to any high pressure sales tactics. He also provided flyers and briefly explained their service plan offers. I am always impressed when employees speak highly of the company they work for, and Anthony expressed pride in working for Ultra Air and the standards they set and training they provide. Their customer service is 'spot on'. And I definitely intend to purchase one of their maintenance plans!

The team at Ultra Air are professional, responsive and very easy to work with. They worked hard to find out what was wrong with our unit, followed up with the manufacturer, fixed and ultimately replaced our unit under warranty. Perseverance, kindness and amazing customer service are what make them the best!!

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They made the whole process super easy. We had our ac unit and furnace replaced. The price was very competitive with other people but the deciding factor for me was the salesman Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have to say their service is outstanding. We had an issue with the unit that came in, it had the wrong coils. Instead of wasting time to order the correct coils and wait for them to come in they gave us a different unit that to me was an upgrade. This was all happening during COVID 19 and I have to say that all the employees wore protective equipment and face masks. Ultra is a really great company and you should definitely check them out.

This is a great company. Super friendly and amazing at customer service. A text is sent to my phone telling me when the tech. would be at my home. I had a new mini-split system installed in my casita. The gave me a good price, and quickly installed the new unit and they were gone. Great service and install guys.

The whole process of sizing and installing my new AC was phenomenal. They were professional, informative, responsive and did quality work. Today was my two year maintenance, and Aaron took a lot of time to explain how to better care for the system to reduce costs long term and improve longevity. These guys are first rate.
