We decided to get a DIY Mini Split system and needed a reputable company to come out and check out the install. Our technician did that and so much more. Today I had the pleasure of Mission Heating and Cooling to come by and get my A.C.going.The response time was great,called Jackie at The Office.In turn she told me that Scott would be out after 1:30.He was there on time and he started up my Fifth Wheel A.C. in about an hour..I was told it couldn't be done,needed a new unit..Got charged the normal 1 hour of service and now I have a working a.c. for a fraction of what a new unit would of cost. I am very impressed by the quality of maintenance work provided by Mission H & C. Scott was on time, knowledgeable, and explained things in layman’s terms so I could understand the workings of the system. Best of all, he was personable and was proud of the company he works for. Can’t say enough about Allie (spelling?) who scheduled the appointment, suggested a maintenance schedule, and was pleasant to speak to.

The Mission crew of Michael, Terry, Joseph and Steven replaced two complete Heating and A/C systems located in the attic of my home with the two A/C Condenser units outside next to a guest bedroom wall. They practiced COVID19 Masking procedures and were very efficient in their process of removing and installing the new equipment without any damage to the interior of my home. Michael took the extra effort to answer all of my questions concerning the equipment being installed and was a true craftsman in installing the two A/C Condensers. He carefully positioned and rerouted coolant and electrical lines to facilitate future service needs, if required. The fit and finish of the final job is excellent. The MOEAC systems (by Goodman) are competitively priced and very quiet compared to the 16 year old Carrier systems they replaced. I look forward to the electric cost savings and increased comfort that these new units will bring. Allie, at the Mission Office, also contributed to the overall experience by promptly answering any questions that I had prior to the install and took care of registering my warranty documents the very same day after the install was completed.
