They are amazing i definitely recommend !!!! The costs are reasonable and Scott who was our tech was absolutely amazing in informing us on every step he was doing ! I will definitely be saving their information and be scheduling regular maintenance checks ! I had done tons of research for 3 days straight on my AC unit and costs around town because typically HVAC techs try to lie about the AC units and issues and they work off commission and before i had contacted mission heating and cooling i contacted D&H where that tech completely lied to use about the issues of our AC to try and get more money! but the fact that scott came out and was completely transparent form the beginning was super reassuring and certainly gained my trust and my husbands. He was very straightforward super friendly and did everything all in 10-15 minutes ! Turns out the $2400 fix that D&H was trying to charge us was only $200 fix with mission heating and cooling and they solved the actual problem while educating us and instilling trust and providing such efficient and accurate service ! I Highly recommend again just so practice and affordable while actually giving us the great and accurate service we needed !

Mission Heating & Cooling has been my HVAC maintenance company for almost 10 years, and I have to say that I have had the best experience using their service.

I have them come out every summer to check up on my A/C Heat/Pump and so far so good. The technicians are friendly, and knowledgeable. As a home owner, I really appreciate that! I would recommend Mission Heat & Cooling to anybody who needs a quality, affordable HVAC service.

Hiring them felt as if we had our family rescue us! So relieved we hired them during our state of emergency! This Tucson heating and cooling company locally owned by a small family were literally a God send in so many ways! I wanted to share our gratitude and tell you how they are the real deal and took great care of us form the start. The amazing thing is even their business name and their calling or mission in life and in their business is the same - literally paying it forward to everyone. We used them before to install a mini split and then for an annual tune up. Right now it is mid-July with 106 degree heat and daily record temps in Tucson Arizona and our heat pump was failing fast. Someone we knew initially recommended them to us- and I am so grateful for that introduction. From the initial call about our loss of cooling they have responded quickly and got right on it. We were up and running and cooling in no time. They ordered the parts and worked directly getting the service warranty details for reimbursement directly to us – so no effort on my part. When I’ve contacted them with questions, I found they were already “on it” - as if they read my mind as to my concerns about next steps. Everyone with the office and technicians has treated us like family and with much patience in our panicked state. I really like that the same initial technicians worked on our system when following up with each visit to finish install the parts as they came in – so we they knew what had transpired and we already had a communication with them and made it comfortable having them back. I was surprised and love they personally answer their phone and if not available, they return calls and e-mails promptly. Again, with no effort on my part. They explained from the very start- that getting parts were a challenge and that many are on back order. They have been attentive in patching up our system to keep us cool until the parts come in. They really care that their customers are taken care of. I believe they want to keep their customers and have a long term mutually beneficial relationship not just a one-time sale. They also shared the difficulty in hiring qualified technicians is a challenge – but in my experience with 3 different times using them, all have been knowledgeable, skilled, and professional in their work for us! I am really happy and actually like having them come to my home. There were no bad vibes that I’ve gotten from other HVAC companies, and I felt really good working with them as they treated me like I treat others. They also explained things very well and didn’t rush me when I had any questions. There was NO high-pressure sales- trying to sell me extras. The pricing for their services and parts- including annual tune up maintenance are very fair- and as far as I can tell from other HVAC’s we’ve used- they have beaten them all in every possible way and with NO price gouging! I was dreading trying out “another” HVAC company until Now.... as we found the absolute best HVAC service from Mission Heating and Cooling in Tucson! We highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

I am super impressed with Mission Heating & Cooling. They have been fantastic! They quickly repaired a compressor problem for me earlier this spring, coming out same day to troubleshoot, then again same-day (no charge) late Dec. right before the holidays for another problem. With our unit inoperative, they quickly got me on their schedule (within days!) to replace all 3 of my aging heat pump/air con’s with highly efficient and quiet variable speed units with by far the best value and longest/most comprehensive warranty in town! I was completely satisfied and impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail of the installation.

We were completely impressed by the care and friendly service we received from the staff Ellie when I made the first call about replacing our AC unit. She was patient, caring and helpful. Terry and Mike the two technicians that came out to install our new unit. Something as simple as calling me Sir, should me the class of company we were dealing with. They were professional, friendly, caring and respectful. They took time to answer and explain everything that pertained to our new unit. We will recommend them to all our friends and family.

I've used mission heating and cooling 4 years and have nothing bad to say it's actually opposite. Talk about a company that still values the customer,which is quite rare these days, They provide a great service,have great equipment, and nobody that I know of can beat their warranty services! If you are having any air-conditioning problems These guys would b the first on the list to call.Thank you so much to all of you at Mission Heating and Cooling for all you do and your complete honesty you have a customer 4 life with me I salute you!
