They were very friendly and professional, servicing without trying to rush even in the middle of summer. Mission gave us honest advice and a very fair price. We had two air conditioner/furnace units installed. Crew showed up on time. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Units are high quality, look great and super quiet, which is what we were wanting. Job was done per the quoted price, even though there was a slight misunderstanding with finish work to be done to reclose the ceiling. We had a question late the same night of install. They called us back after hours and sent a technician early the next morning. The scheduler was very pleasant. She kept us informed of timing and registered all of our units for the warranties, which was great! We highly recommend them and will use them again.

A few nights ago, my heater started blowing out cold air. I called Mission and due to freezing nights (I live in a rual area-25 miles west of Tucson) and 6 children- they came immediately. The system needed a new circuit board- that would have to be ordered/picked up- but they rigged it to work until then. The next day, bright and early, a new board was installed. Mission Heating and Cooling was efficient, affordable, friendly, professional, and down right the best AC/Heating service I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with- in my 37 years of living in Tucson! Thank you, Mission Heating and cooling. You, literally, saved us! I know who I will be calling for every AC/Heating issue- in the future. You all are a blessing to Tucson (and beyond :)
