Awesome service! I needed repair from packrat damage. I got a quote from another company that was far in excess of what I needed. Scott came out and fixed it for a fraction of what I was previously quoted and confirmed that my unit did not need to be replaced. Thank you for your honesty and patriotism! Allie sent serviceman Ed out to assist my parents with cooler maintenance, earlier that scheduled due to their need. Ed was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and expedient with his services and my folks couldnt be happier with the job completed. They were to come for a diagnostic from 9-11am. They came at 0830 and left a card, as I had to be at work at 0500 for an urgent situation. I arrived home at 0850 and called the office number on the card, no answer, left message. Technician calls me back at 1253 and asks if I want to reschedule. I've been without a/c for 10 days and had to move the world to be home this morning at all. So, no, I am unable to reschedule and you should have lived up to your commitment of being there from 9-11am. Mission claims to be a faith based business, then they have people that do this. I would avoid this racket.

I hired Mission Cooling & Heating to replace the AC curb cap on the roof. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The work was completed efficiently in half the estimated time. The pricing of the work seemed very fair relative to another estimate that I received from another company.

The heat went out in our roof AC unit. I called and they sent someone out the next day. Coleman was actually early and did a wonderful job fixing our capacitor that same visit. Fast, thorough and friendly. Would use them again for sure

Three years ago our AC unit wasn't working. We received a $3200+ bid from one company. Mission came out and fixed it for under $100. We signed up for the semi-annual maintenance and since then have had only one small inexpensive fee to recharge the system. We appreciate their integrity and customer service.

Mission Heating and Cooling went above and beyond their call of duty, not only repairing one unit, but inspecting the second unit as well. Their communication was stellar. The tech had the problem diagnosed and repaired within the hour. On all levels, they were kind and professional from the office to the tech. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with Mission. We live in Sahuarita, AZ, I am 6 months pregnant, and our AC stopped working with outside temperatures in the triple digits. A technician arrived at our house an hour earlier than expected on the same day I spoke to the company and had the problem fixed and appointment completed within 10 minutes! And it did not cost us an arm and a leg to fix-- there was no fluff added to our bill or suggestions that we might also need to buy this or that.
