A/C wasn't working well and regular guy was out of town. Called D&H for emergency service and within 2 hours, repair was made and house was cooling down. Was kept informed every step of the way. Chandler arrived when he said he would and quickly found the problem, replaced the part, and got us back to a cool house very quickly! Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, keeping me informed on what needed to be done and how all would be working when finished. Very impressed!

Set up appointment for maintenance on 5-year old A/C unit installed by another contractor. Took advantage of a $79 BOGO offer to have Gas furnace inspected, as well.
James arrived when expected and performed a thorough inspection on both units. Suggested a couple of services for consideration in the future. James was very professional, informative and friendly.
Once again, very pleased with the service...from experience with scheduler, to Technician James. Will be using this Company again!

I had a tech come to my home because my ac unit was not working. He diagnosed the problem and told me I needed a new unit. I met with a salesperson (Stryker Huber) and purchased a unit. Stryker informed me that if I had any problems with the unit, install, etc, that I could contact him at any time and he would help. The install crew came to my home on April 1 at 8:00 a.m. to install. They were on time, courteous and went to work. Around 11:00, I asked how much longer they needed to finish the job. I was told by the install tech that they needed to go back to their office to get a part and then once they return, it would be about 45 more min. They returned by noon and began working again. Around 1:00 someone from D and H entered my home and went upstairs to where part of my unit was. he did not tell me who he was or why he was there. Terrible customer service. When I asked who he was he said he was the Asst Install manager and he was here to check on the project. I asked if something was wrong- I was then told that the install techs removed the wrong ac unit (my neighbors) and installed my new unit in it's place. When they discovered the mistake, they had to get the crane back out, replace my neighbor's unit, then remove mine and install the new one. Again, poor customer service. I should have been told right away that there was a problem. This was a huge inconvenience to my neighbor and to myself. At this point, I called the salesperson to complain and left a message. To this day he has still not called me back. Again, poor customer service. I later found out form the install techs that the salesperson took pictures of both my unit and my neighbor's unit and downloaded both pictures into the que for the techs, thus they could not tell the difference between my unit and my neighbor's. The work was finally finished at 6 p.m. This was a huge inconvenience to me, as I had to cancel my afternoon appts to accommodate this. I have called the company twice and asked for someone to call me back. I was told that the Install Manager would return my call. No one has called me back. I am frustrated with the poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The unit works well, but the customer service is terrible. As a consumer paying a lot of money for a new ac unit, it should not be this difficult to get someone from the company to call me back.

I would like to add an addendum- the company did contact me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Josh came to my house and we have an old system. He was able to get the heater going. He called the next morning to be sure that it was working. He was kind and overall knowledgeable about the system. If you get Josh you will be very pleased with his performance.

Kevin Greene did prompt and efficient troubleshooting, replaced a defective part, and ensured the part replacement returned the AC condenser to normal operation. Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
