Joe James was very polite and he did a good job explaining what needed to be done and what he was doing. I also liked the fact that he wore "booties" to cover his shoes when he came in the house. Would ask for him to come next time.

Our blower quit working. A technician came out promptly (on a Sunday!), and got our AC working 3 days later. (It took 2 days to get the part.) Our technician was prompt, courteous, and did a great job of answering all our questions. I found their fees to be fair. And because we belong to their "Family Plan" we received a 10% discount.

The whole experience was made very easy by their team. Luis, Frank, Dustin, and Jeff did a great job with explaining the process, coming up with a plan, and completing an installation during a serious heat wave here in Arizona.

My air conditioner went out and I called around to see who could come first. The first question I would ask is how much the service call is. Once they tell you the amount, I would ask does that fee go toward the labor if you have the service done. Chas Roberts and one other said yes but they could not come until the next day, so I went with D & H Air Conditioning. The technician tried to sell me a Family service plan where they come out twice a year for maintenance. Once I did not go for that he told me my unit is under sized and they had a part for $569.00 that would help that. He continued to tell me how cheap my Carrier ac is and how their units are by far superior. Did I mention my unit is only four years old. When Josh gave me my bill, I asked him why the $77.00 service charge was not deducted he said it was not in his notes to do that. When I called the company back to inquire why that fee was not deducted Justin told me it was up to the technician whether to wave that fee. Since I did not purchase any of the up sales that the service technician tried to up sell me do you really think he would waive the fee. I am not sure about the part they replaced the technician said it was from a power surge that was an act of God.

Kevin from D&H showed up on time. He was professional and did a very thorough job. He explained what the issues were illustrating with pictures. When he left, I felt confident my AC would get me through the summer.

The only short fall is that there seemed a lack of communication among departments, which did get resolved.

D&H took care of us quickly and professionally. AC system not working over the weekend. I reached out to D&H for a service call and they send Austin out early the next day. He made his assessment, discussed all options, and allowed me time to review my options with no pressure. Ultimately, we decided on replacing the unit. That very same day, Curtis arrived to discuss various replacement options. He was an amazing assistance to us and thoroughly went over the finance options. The next day Darrell arrived and took measurements for our new system. He also thoroughly described the system components and how they will be installed. Finally, Marty and his professional crew arrived for the installation and completed the job in less than 4 hours. He took me step by step on what was being installed and provided instructions for the new thermostat. I went from having no AC on Sunday to a complete installation by noon Wednesday that same week. This company is truly amazing!
