Multiple workers came at different times in addition to the principal installer. All appeared to do a very careful job, removing the old system carefully, and installing the new system properly. There was no rushing or cutting corners. The quality of the work appeared to be very good.
They were respectful of our property and left everything clean.
Excellent work.

I was riding my bicycle and a D and H driver barely missed me passing by. I have a video that shows it all. I will get help to post the video. Obviously, not all D and H employees respect bicycle riders. Remember that bicycle riders also own homes with air conditioning and they have recording equipment to capture your juvenile behavior.

I had a home warranty company on this property, and was completely unsatisfied with the company they sent out to look at the system. I went back to D & H, who I've used in the past many times on my home and other rentals. I feel confident in D & H - they are all very courteous, pleasant, professional, prompt, and I feel confident in their assessment and recommendations. I'm kicking that home warranty to the curb. :-(

Problem covered under warranty. Peter allowed us to purchase annual maintenance plan in lieu of Sunday service fee. He was thorough and professional, friendly and prompt. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had an AC issue June of 2022. We got it repaired, and were roped into the “Family Plan.” We got several calls throughout the next few months asking us to schedule a HEATING service. This is Tucson…I don’t really care about heating since it’s rarely used. I instead decided to defer the service to another AC service before the higher temperatures hit at the advice of Stuart. Upon turning on our AC unit for the first time in several months, we realized it wasn’t cooling properly. We called, under the assumption that the “Family Plan” would cover it (whatever the family plan actually is…to be honest, it was never properly explained but bad on me for making assumptions and not researching it further). Long story short, it was looked at and the tech determined that the issue from June was never fixed properly (even though we spent $1,700 on it) and that another repair was needed. The total bill was going to be just shy of $1,200…to fix a problem that was supposedly fixed 9 months prior at the aforementioned cost. They claim that they would’ve caught it during the included inspections, but I have voicemails that explicitly state that they were calling for heating tuneups. I called to try to get a resolution, and “the best they could do” was give me half off of the coolant used, and that was it; everything else would be out of pocket to fix the issue and replace the other half of the coolant that leaked out because they couldn’t fix the machine correctly the first time. They offered a 30-day warranty on the work which is laughable at best, and they won’t stand behind their work. Brittany kept trying to hide behind the fact that they tried to set up an inspection, and I’ll take the blame for not explicitly saying I didn’t want the heating inspection, but them refusing to stand behind the work they did 9 months ago is nothing short of infuriating. I’m extremely disappointed in this company, I will not use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know.

Both technicians were on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. No messing around, except to answer my questions, which they did thoroughly and clearly. Great guys. I’m going to ask for them for the next installation next year. Couldn’t be happier.

A/C stopped working day prior to contacting D&H. All components were working just blowing warm air. D&H came out same day and replaced the capacitor onsite, no need to go get parts, make calls, etc, etc. Not only was I not expecting same day diagnosis but certainly wasn't expecting same day diag and fix. Well done D&H and tech Kalem was great. Much appreciated!
