Kalem Linsenbach did a great job for us. He is our go to guy with D&H. Take care of this guy D&H; he's a gem of an employee.

Our AC died at around 10pm. Aaron was at the house first thing the next morning. He discovered the problem, explained our options clearly and was able to fix everything right then and there. I couldn't be more pleased with their candor and efficiency.

My professional HVAC service provider “Trevor” truly set the standard for all professionals who come into our homes. Trevor was one time, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Trevor introduced himself as soon as I opened the door as a caring person who was truly there to help me fix a problem. Trevor walked me through each step of the process of what he was doing and or going to do. This past year I’ve had my share of people who have just come in the house and do their job and leave and that’s that, nothing exceptional. I would just like to thank Trevor for his professionalism, kind Hearted, and exceptional services he provided.

Oscar got the A/C working again very quickly! He called ahead to let me know when he would be here, and arrived exactly then!

Our HVAC went out on a hot Sunday afternoon. Trevor came out to our home within an hour and was able to fix our unit. Pricey but worth it when you have 4 fur babies to keep cool in the desert summer.

D and h SM showed up at the time I said I was available. Nyle was highly professional and knowledgeable! Options were offed with no pressure and explained clearly! As I work in the customer service industry myself, I recognize how valuable he is to this org! I will recommend D& H from this day forward and use them again if the need arises. Best experience with an HVAC company I Have ever had! hands down! Thank you D&H and thank you Nyle!

Oscar A. was a professional, personable tech. He advised me about 3 different options before I made my final decision about required parts replacement. I think it will save me some money by replacing the needed parts.

Great service always! Very happy with our newer unit from D&H and their customer service as well as their service/maintenance technicians. Always prompt and courteous and keeping to schedule. Recommend them highly.

Lack of knowledge and communication are the reasons for this poor review. It took Freddie 3 hours to misdiagnose the issue on April 11th. He did not show up with fuses so he spent 1 hour going to Ace to buy a 5-pack of fuses for $6.59. He blew all 5 fuses, D&H charged me $39.00 per fuse. At the end of the appointment Freddie told me that I needed a new thermostat. In addition he said that we needed a new wire from the thermostat to the A/C unit. D&H was to call the next day with the cost for the repair. I did not get a call back the next day. I sent an email on April 12th to D&H and did not get a response. I called on April 18th and did not get a response. I called again on April 25th and said that I wanted to speak with someone at D&H before I posted a bad review. I spoke with Justin on May 1st and was told that I would receive a call the next day. I am still waiting for a call back. The issue was not the thermostat or needing a new wire. I do not recommend D&H to anyone who is looking for an A/C company.

Did a very thorough job and was very good at explaining things and what you could do to increase the life span of the AC system and what would help it to work better. I was very pleased with the service and the cost.
