D&H Air Conditioning & Heating

Jose was the tech that came out when we had issues this morning with our system freezing up. He checked every part of the system to insure that it was working correctly. We weren’t told about the second air filter our system had so when we changed the filter we only changed the one. Thank you Jose for coming out on a Saturday and getting our system back up and running.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention thorough. He made sure everything was in good condition and informed me of priority repairs.

Kalem was assigned to do diagnostic work on my AC. He was able to troubleshoot the problem down to a compressor failure. He was instrumental in ordering the replacement part under warranty including labor costs and will be back out on 3 July 23 in time to fix my AC for Independence Day (4 July). 😀
As a followup to the above Kalem arrived on 3 July 23 to complete the large task of replacing my compressor. It was extremely hot, but Kalem did an excellent job completing the task at hand. His efforts were very much appreciated as the AC has been running great so far and allowed us to celebrate the 4th of July with our family. Thanks again Kalem for getting us completed on Monday. Your efforts were very much appreciated by our entire family.

Devin was on time and extremely professional. He walked me through all the checks he was making and what he was looking for from the readings. D&H is out 2 times a year to maintain my system according to my manufacturer warranty. I recommend all D&H techs, especially Devin to keep you system running efficiently.

Trevor called to give me arrival time, thoroughly went over the system, took photos, explained everything he'd seen and done. He asked several times if I'd had any issues with the system or had questions. This was my first contact with the company, which took care of me within a week of my call. Former co. I had maintenance agreement with couldn't get out for more than a month. I cancelled that co. and am now a D&H customer.

Trevor was awesome! Knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. Showed me pics and explained everything. D and H is an excellent company. From the first phone call to getting my air conditioner maintenance.

I was able to get an appointment time easily with the polite & friendly young woman who answered the phone. Kalem arrived on time, performed all the maintenance items, & showed me pictures & video of his work. I was happy with the service.

As always, the staff from D&H are top notch when providing customer service and information on how you can keep your system running smoothly. Josh, the technician who responded out to service my system today was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated us as if we were family. I cannot recommend the company enough!
