What impressed me the most was their punctuality, unlike many other companies that often fail to adhere to the assigned time slot.

However, the true highlight of my experience was the technician, Joe, who represented D&H Air with professionalism and expertise. His extensive knowledge and approachable demeanor made the entire process effortless. He patiently addressed all my questions and provided honest, transparent recommendations for my specific needs.

Trevor was very thorough with inspecting my AC unit. He was professional and pleasant. He was an active listener and provided all the information I needed to understand the issue and maintenance to help prevent future issues. He pulled up installation information of my AC to find that parts were still under warranty. I was truly amazed that he went above and beyond to take care of my needs! I will definitely be doing more business with Trevor / D&H.

I had them out on 29 June as my AC was not functioning the night before. By the time they came out, the AC was now working. The technician ran some tests and everything looked fine. He did find a rat that had shocked itself on the hard start. Later that day to the AC started acting up again, and I went outside, pulled the fuse and reset it, and it seem to come back on OK the next morning I called the company again and they said they would send out the same technician at no cost to re-look at the unit. Once the technician got there, he removed the hard start and everything seem to work fine. He did quote me $500 for a new hard start and I explained that what seemed excessive he stated pricing has gone up. He then told me that he was going to do a bill for another service call and while he was doing the bill I did a Google search for the part hard start. And found out the part was only $50. Number one he said I would not be charged for his return the second day and number two why would I be charged 10 times the part cost on an item that literally took him 30 seconds to remove I would not recommend these guys

We had to call D&H on the 4th of July. Compressor went out on our AC unit and temp outside was 107. They got us on the schedule same day, even though it was a holiday and had lots of emergency calls before ours. Josh arrived 2 hours earlier than anticipated and got us up and running in no time. We are so grateful for the people at D&H. They are trustworthy and honest folks. We will only call D&H for our AC and heating issues. Thanks guys!

Devin was extremely friendly and so professional. He knew what he was explaining to us and also answered all of our questions. We felt like we were talking with a long time friend or family member. He was knowledgeable about everything he explained to me and my husband. He also went above and beyond with giving us reccomendations about our A/C unit and how to better take care of it. Even my daughter loved his personality and how amazing he was at talking to us all and his great service. Devin deserves a raise!

This was a great company and a Gentleman spent a lot of time with me showing me things and giving me lots of choices I just did not qualify for the loan. 36 extremely polite very personable I knew what he was doing wonderful young man. I would go with this company again at any time I just need more money

My experience with D&H was truly impressive, I got a call from the representative and dispatch informing me of the time of service. Josh was very thorough on his assessment, he took photos so he can explain it better. This was a routine maintenance service so not a lot of issues. I will definitely recommend their service.

I was absolutely blown away by D&H, Air Conditioning,. The sales personnel, and technicians, Kalem and Luis were absolutely incredible. They were very well groomed and uniforms were starched and professional. We went over different options and we found what best fits for our two-story 2600 square-foot house. I would recommend not only this company to anyone but these two incredible representatives. They involved me the home owner in everything they did. Every question I had, had an immediate correct answer.

D&H was great. They responded out within 2 hours on a weekend. Our technician, Josh, was professional and got our A/C working quickly. He kept us informed throughout the entire process.
