We needed to know our options on our 22 yr old ac unit. The technician( Striker) was great! Super helpful in troubleshooting and answering all my questions!

Replaced Heat Pump on my 88 year old Mother’s home. A month later as she was complaining to me that she was always cold we discovered the new unit was blowing through the return air vent, not the duct system. So, they installed it like that and went off and left it until we started calling them (over a month later). Technician that showed up had nothing but excuses and the blame game. Later admitted to my mom it was him that screwed up the original install. The whole job was overpriced and then the faulty install and absolutely no follow up. Bottom line, no Apology and no contact from the business owner. Plenty of other choices out there, I recommend shopping around

Technician Trevor conducted seasonal service on our 2 HVAC systems. He arrived on time and gave me a thorough briefing when the servicing was completed.

He also resolved an issue which occurred following my previous service when I paid D&H for replacement filters but never received them.

I will request that Trevor is assigned to perform my seasonal service going forward.

Very informative and helpful, giving I sight on the system along with what's been changed since we have bought the home. He identified components that do not belong or not original to the unit.

Technician did not diagnose properly at all...
1. When tech completed inspection - left 10 HVAC panel screws on rooftop - did not replace.
2. Said there was a leak and wanted to Superseal for over $537.00 -way over-priced and not correct - issue was actually a malfunctioning TXV valve - lines were icing up prior to that point.
3. After Superseal - said we would need to replace refrigerant for over $1600.00, when I balked at price he brought it down to $1351.00.
4. Other professional HVAC professional correctly diagnosed the problem - replacing TXV valve and replaced refrigerant for much less. The Superseal would have not resolved the problem and actually made it worse. Superseal is generally not recommended in the HVAC community.
5. My recommendation is to STOP and train your technicians on proper troubleshooting. I would have spent over $1888.00 for nothing. I would not recommend D&H to anyone after this experience.

Tim was on time , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He clearly explained what was going on with our unit and did what needed to be done. We will be calling D and H back if we need anything in the future.

Had to have a gas valve replaced. Service technician explained what was wrong, explained in detail the solution, retrieved the necessary parts and finished the job today. Also had a electronic air cleaner installed. The best experience with an HVAC company I have had in the 40 years of homeownership. Recommend highly D and H.

Trevor, the technician who serviced my furnace in my house did a great job today in regards to the furnace in my house. From answering questions we have for him in regards to the furnace in my house, to being responsive to questions being asked to him, and had answers to those as well, and also the service done as well for furnace in house. He was Straight up, and was straightforward as well. I appreciated his demeanor, and I also appreciate where he was coming from, not only from his expertise in the business, but also in D&H as well company wise. I do believe he is very knowledgeable, and did the job as well. He represents D&H great and his knowledge of what the company offers is very helpful in me deciding to get more work from the company. And he will be the reason why I do continue to do business with D&H. I recommend D&H as well in general to get service from. Good job!
